WSOP.com Online Championships

Caesars Interactive Entertainment New Jersey LLC DBA WSOP.com (“CIENJ”) Online Championships refers to the event occurring from May 31, 2015 at 3:30pm to June 29, 2015 at 11:59pm. All times are Eastern Time.

Terms and conditions for any WSOP.com bonus promotion are to be read in conjunctions with the WSOP.com Terms of Service http://www.wsop.com/legal/terms-conditions-nj.asp and the WSOP.com Bonus Policy http://www.wsop.com/legal/bonus-policy-nj.asp. In the event of a conflict between the Terms of Service, Bonus Policy, and the specific bonus terms herein, the specific bonus terms herein shall prevail.

Eligibility

• Player eligibility is subject to WSOP.com discretion and the terms and conditions set out below:
• To be eligible for the bonus, a player must have a valid and verified WSOP.com real money account.
• This is a marketing offer that may be offered to selected players via phone, email or other online method, direct mail, or distributed at events.
• Dates and times for this promotion will be provided in the marketing collateral.

Specific Terms & Conditions

• Players may view the entire Online Championships schedule at schedule link.
• The Online Championships will have an associated leader board tracking the overall performance of players competing in the tournaments. The player who finishes at the top of the leader board at the conclusion of the Online Championships will be awarded the WSOP.com Online Championships ring.
• The formula for calculating rank shall be:

• Points will only be awarded for the top 50% of finishers in a field. 
• Buy-In in the above calculation will include fees as well as the actual buy-in. So a $91 + $9 tournament would be calculated as $100 for the above formula. 
• The top five (5) finishers in each tournament in the Online Championships will receive a tournament ticket good for entry to a WSOP National Championship freeroll on July 3, 2015, where a single winner will receive $500 in cash and a $10,000 tournament entry to the live World Series of Poker National Championship Main Event held at Harrah’s Cherokee Casino from July 29 – July 31, 2015.
• No player may receive more than one (1) WSOP National Freeroll tournament ticket. Players who finish in the top five in multiple Online Championship events will not receive any additional prizing for their multiple, top-five finishes.
• Freeroll tickets will be granted within 72 hours of the start of the freeroll tournament. Players are responsible for registering to play in the freeroll.
• The winner of the WSOP National Championship entry will be contacted within 72 hours of securing his/her live touranment entry, and the $500 cash prize will be credited to the player’s WSOP.com bankroll within 72 hours of the player becoming eligible to receive the funds.
• Players may register for a tournament within the WSOP.com client by clicking the Tournament tab and then double-clicking on the desired tournament name. A screen will open that contains a “register” button. Upon clicking “register,” the player will receive a confirmation. The player will continue registration by clicking “proceed,” or “cancel.” When successfully registered, the player will see a pop-up indicating successful registration. If the game is in progress, the player will be seated; if prior to start, a table will open up within the WSOP.com client when the tournament begins.
• Registration begins 48 hours prior to the tournament start times.
• Minimum players: 8
• Maximum players: 8,000
• Decision time: 15 seconds
• Time bank: 60 seconds
• Prize pool: 15% payout on regular tournaments. Visit http://www.wsop.com/how-to-play-poker/mtt-tournament-payouts.asp for more information on the payout.
• Prizes are non-transferable and the ring prize is not exchangable for cash or any other compensation. The retail value of the ring is $1,000.00. The winner of the ring will be contacted within 48 hours of winning. Upon filling out all necessary tax and ring-sizing forms, the ring will be ordered and delivered within 6-8 weeks.
• The winner of the ring has 20 days to respond with ring specifics. If ring specifics have not been received, then the ring will be forfeited.
• The winner of the WSOP National Championship entry will receive three nights accomodation at Harrah’s Cherokee Casino and $500 for travel to the event.
• Prizes are non-transferrable and have no cash value.
• The CIE-NJ Accounting Department will review the Patron Account Adjustment report for bonus adjustments in accordance with 13:690-1.9.
• Any net winnings of $5,000 or more will require a W2G. In accordance with 13:690-1.9(n), Caesars Interactive Entertainment Accounting/Auditing will review, complete, and send IRS tax forms to all patrons that have taxable events for poker and casino games, and will release a player’s funds once completed tax forms are returned and confirmed.
• Winning players are responsible for any and all taxes, licenses, registrations, and other fees.
• Redemption: Winning patrons will receive tournament tickets and/or funds via their Internet account. All revenue will be recorded and reconciled in accordance with Internal Control Section 13:690-1.9(d).
• This promotion is being conducted in accordance with N.J.AC. 13:69D-1.9 CIE Promotions will retain details of all participants for 60 days after the event in accordance with N.J.A.C. 13:69D-1.8(g)6xxi.
