Terms and conditions for any WSOP.com bonus promotion are to be read in conjunction with the WSOP.com Terms of Service http://www.wsop.com/legal/terms-conditions-nj.asp, the WSOP.com Bonus Policy http://www.wsop.com/legal/bonus-policy-nj.asp, and the General Rules http://www.wsop.com/GeneralRules. In the event of a conflict between the Terms of Service, Bonus Policy, General Rules, and the specific bonus terms herein, the specific bonus terms herein shall prevail.

1. Eligibility

·         Subject to WSOP.com’s discretion and the terms and conditions set out below.

·         This is a marketing campaign that may be offered to selected players via phone, email, social media, or other marketing collateral.

·         Players must claim the offer by the date specified in the marketing collateral.

·         Offer is non-transferable and may only be claimed by the invited player.

·         Promotion cannot be combined with other offers.

2. Claiming the Bonus

·         Players must redeem the offer on the promotional dates between 12:00am and 11:59pm.

·         No deposit is required. Players will click on the claim link and receive 15 Reward Spins.

·         Reward spins are available only on the following games:

o     Bella Italia, Café De Paris, Double Reels, Gods of Gold Daily Jackpot, Golden Twins, Once Upon a Dime Daily Jackpot, Santa’s Double Surprise, Space Arcader, Steampunk Nation Daily Jackpot, and Sunny Reels.

o     Reward spin machine denomination and paylines are set by WSOP.com. The denomination will be $.25 and the paylines will be 25.

·         Reward spins will be awarded within 72 hours after the offer is claimed and must be used within 7 days.

·         Reward spins are only available for use on WSOP.com Casino games.

·         Players can claim one (1) bonus during the promotional dates.

3. Wagering Requirements

·         Bonus funds are only available for use on WSOP.com Casino games found within the WSOP.com client.

·         Wagering requirements on bonus funds vary based on the game type played. Visit http://www.wsop.com/promotions/bonus-policy-nj/ for the contribution rate of each game type.

·         To withdraw the bonus funds and any winnings generated from wagers made with the bonus funds, players must wager the bonus amount (the “Wagering Requirement”) 25x on slot games, and 50x on all other games.

·         For any wager placed while a bonus is active, funds are first deducted from the player’s cash balance. If no cash is available in the player’s balance, then the player wagers with their bonus funds.

·         As an example, if you received a $60 bonus, and only play slots, you will have to wager a total of $1,500 ($60 x 25) to unlock the winnings.

·         Players have 7 days to satisfy the Wagering Requirements from the day the bonus funds are awarded. Failing to do so will result in the expiration and forfeiture of any remaining bonus amount.

·         Making a withdrawal with any funds locked to a bonus or canceling the bonus itself, prior to satisfying wagering requirements will result in the bonus funds and any bonus winnings being forfeited.

·         All winnings must be wagered within WSOP.com Casino games and can only be withdrawn once wagering requirements have been met.

·         The CIENJ accounting department will review the Patron Account Adjustment report for bonus adjustments over $100 in accordance with 13:69O-1.9.

·         This promotion is being conducted in accordance with N.J.A.C. 13:69O-1.4(q). CIE Promotions will retain details of all participants for 60 days after the event in accordance with N.J.A.C. 13:69D-1.8(g)6xiii.
