The WSOP Circuit stop at the Bicycle Casino is almost over with only the Main Event and the High Roller event running on Monday.

Roland Israelashvili Leads Day 2 of $1,675 No Limit Hold’em Main Event

There are 120 players who survived their respective starting flights of the $1,675 No Limit Hold’em Main Event and Roland Israelashvili is leading the way with 252,000.

Late registration is still open until cards get in the air on Day 2 and prizepool information will be released shortly after play begins.

High Roller No Limit is the Last Shot For a Ring

A new installment to select Circuit stops starts on Monday afternoon and it’s the last event on the schedule. The $3,250 High Roller No Limit Hold’em starts at noon on Monday and it’s the last chance to win a ring at this stop.

Players start with 30,000 in chips and Day 1 will conclude at the end of level 12. There are no re-entries and late registration will be open until the start of Day 2.

The last high roller event took place at the WSOP Circuit at Planet Hollywood, where Joe Kuether defeated Jean Gaspard heads-up to take home over $93,000. WSOP.com will have live updates for the entire event from Day 1 down to a winner. 

Wendy Freedman on the Verge of Clinching Casino Championship

With the schedule down to its final two events, Wendy Freedman is sitting atop the race for the Casino Championship. She has amassed 102.5 points thanks to three final tables with two runner-up finishes and a fourth. Her closest competitor is Alan Myerson with 60 points and he is the only player who can overtake her for the title.

Through the first two Day 1’s of the main event, Myerson has yet to register. If he doesn’t register either the main event or the high roller, Freedman clinches the title and earns an automatic berth into the Global Casino Championship.

In order to catch Freedman, Myerson needs either a second place finish in the main event or to win the High Roller to net the 50 points needed to catch Freedman.
