Sunday features Day 2 of Event #1, the $100k guaranteed Seniors event and Day 1 of Event #3.

Cherokee, N.C. (November 29, 2015) - Day 4 of the Harrah's Cherokee WSOP Circuit series is here and it is time to award some big money. The biggest earner on the day will be the champion of Event #1 - $365 No-Limit Hold'em Re-Entry who will take home $117,991. There will be several five-figure winners too.

Event #1 isn't the only event dishing out big prizes on Sunday. The $100k guaranteed Senior's event begins Sunday at 9 a.m. and will award several big payouts too. Last April's seniors winner, Steve Runnion, took home a whopping $43,890 for his $250 investment. He defeated 1,237 entries, which was by far the largest ever WSOP Circuit senior's event. This year's Senior event again has a $250 buy-in and again is expected to be big. The tournament begins at 9 a.m. with registration remaining open until the start of Level 7, which will be about 12:15 p.m. Players are allowed unlimited re-entry through the registration period. Note that the Senior's event is not an official gold ring event. Casino Championship points will not be awarded, but the winner will receive a WSOP gold ring in addition to the top cash prize.

Sunday's new gold ring event is Event #3 - $580 No-Limit Hold'em ($100,000 Guarantee). This gold ring event begins at 4 p.m. and is a two-day event. More details on the tournament can be found below.

Event #3 - $580 No-Limit Hold'em - Day 1 - 4 p.m.

• Players begins with 12,000 chips
  
• Blinds begin at 25/50
• Registration remains open until the beginning of Level 9 (~8:30 p.m.)
• Re-entry is not allowed
• Level 1-12 are 30 minutes long, levels 13-21 are 40 minutes long and levels 22+ are 50 minutes long
• There is no dinner break on Day 1
  
• Day 1 is scheduled to last 15 levels
• Day 2 begins Monday at 3 p.m.
• $100,000 guaranteed prizepool
  

Sunday's non-gold ring events include:

• 2 p.m. $100 Mega Satellite into Event #3
• 7 p.m. $135 Nightly No-Limit Hold'em ($10,000 Guarantee)

The most recent WSOP winner is Stuart Moody. He took down Event #2 - $365 No-Limit Hold'em Turbo in the early morning hours of Sunday to earn $26,135 and his first WSOP Circuit gold ring. The victory puts him in the early lead for the Casino Championship.
