HARD ROCK TULSA CIRCUIT PREVIEW

Tuesday brings Hard Rock Tulsa Circuit where every event comes with a guarantee.

8 March 2020 (Tulsa, Okla.) -- The World Series of Poker Circuit has already completed 26 of the 35 series on the 2019-2020 schedule, and there is no lack of action this March. Ameristar St. Charles is finishing up its second Circuit of the season today, while Harrah's Atlantic City and The Bike in Los Angeles have both recently gotten underway.

Coming Tuesday to the central, southern region of the United States is the next Circuit on the docket, which will be played at Hard Rock Tulsa. The tournament poker series starts March 10th. Event #1: $250 No-Limit Hold'em Kickoff will make way at 11:00 am It is a two-day competition that guarantees $25,000 in prizepool money.

Not only does the Kickoff tournament sport a guarantee; All 13 official ring event will follow suit. The first weekend of the series brings about a $250,000 guarantee, attached to Event #3, which also entails four separate starting flights. The multi-flight prize-money guarantee is dwarfed by only one other.

As the most prestigious tournament of the Hard Rock Tulsa Circuit, the $1,700 Main Event is guaranteeing at least a $500,000 prizepool. Last years winner, Phillip Pope, nearly won half that after he conquered a field of 533 entrants to bag his first WSOP gold ring an $215,000.

The winner of the Main Event and the Casino Champion will earn a seat to the 2020 Global Casino Championship. There they will compete a coveted gold bracelet. To become the Casino Champion a player must earn the most points at a given Circuit stop. Players earn points based on how well they finish in a tournament. More information on the Global Casino Championship leaderboard can be found on WSOP.com.
