Tomer Lev called a big bet by Asher Dahan on the      turn and Dahan then bet the   river for 100,000. Lev had fewer than that behind and was sent deep into the think tank. After several minutes the clock was called on him and he called it off for the last 77,000.

Dahan tabled    for a busted draw and Lev was visibly relieved with the   .

The field is shrinking at an alarming rate once more and more than one dozen players have been eliminated as of lately including Plamen Yakimov, Daniel Duthon, Daniel Dinulescu, Ismail Kalkan and Bleron Maliqi.

Dahan Takes Another Hit

Asher Dahan raised to 6,500 and called the shove of short stack Mattia Dolci for 34,000 with the   . Dolci held    and doubled thanks to a board of      . However, soon the Italian was included in the list of recent casualties and he was joined on the rail by Jessica Teusl, Maksym Lavrov, Timo Kamphues and Roland Israelashvili.

Greco and Shlomo Jam Up Their Stacks

Salvatore Greco

Ohana Shlomo pushed into Tal Noach to claim a big pot and also took on fellow countryman Asher Dahan when three-betting big out of the big blind. Shlomo bet the     flop for 50,000 into a pot of 70,000 and Dahan elected to fold.

Salvatore Greco raised to 6,500 and Elena Litvinyuk three-bet to 18,000 in the hijack. Jesper Hoog in the cutoff clicked it up to 35,500 and Greco then moved all in. Litvinyuk didn't seem amused and folded after brief consideration, while Hoog asked for a count. The jam of Greco was for 96,000 and Hoog folded after the clock had been called on him.

Greco slammed his    on the table and left the seat for a few seconds to celebrate the successful move away from the table.

Noach Doubles Through Dinulescu

The completed board showed       and Tal Noach moved all in for 85,000 when checked to by Daniel Dinulescu. The Frenchman was sent deep into the think tank and the clock was called on him. With two seconds left, Dinulescu called and Noach rolled over   .

The hard stop for the day is the end of level 18 or down to the last 20 players, whichever of the two comes first. Gegic and Tsirakidis Chip Up Without Showdown

Rifat Gegic raised and called the three-bet of Pavel Kovalenko for 17,000 in total to see a flop of    . Kovalenko continued for 18,500 and Gegic moved all in for 46,300. This prompted Kovalenko to ask for a count and he folded after some consideration.

An even bigger pot had emerged between Konstantinos Tsirakidis in the big blind and Danny Covyn in under the gun. Tsirakidis bet 70,500 into a pot of almost 100,000 and Covyn was deep in the think tank. The clock was called on the Belgian and he folded ... before the table broke, Tsirakidis flashed the    for a set.

After a raise from under the gun by Christian Hoschuetzky, Luca Tononi shoved for 27,800 in late position and Jaroslav Peter called all in for less from the big blind. Hoschuetzky called with the superior stack and had two opponents at risk of elimination.

Greco Busts Grabner

With plenty of chips already in the middle and Christoph Grabner awaiting his fate, the flop showed     and Salvatore Greco moved all in. Alexander Dmitrienko asked for a count, and once it was deemed to be for more than 60,000, he announced the fold and flashed   .

Bullimore Busts in a Race

On the flop of    , James Bullimore bet 7,500 after one opponent had checked to him and the   appeared on the turn. The opponent of the Brit instantly jammed and Bullimore snap-folded.

Only a few hands later, it was Bullimore that open-shoved for around 28,000 and Antal Roth reshoved from two seats over.

Camarda Cannot Beat Hoog

The flop showed     and Jesper Hoog checked over to table neighbor Salvatore Camarda, who bet 11,500. Hoog called and the   on the turn, as well as the   on the river were checked. Hoog was first to show and flipped over   . That ended up as the winner, as Camarda mucked.

Right after the hand was over, the table broke as only 157 players remain in level 11.

Registration for Day 1F Closes With 404 Entries

Maria Lampropulos re-entered just before the end of the registration period and Shaun Deeb entered before the blinds moved up. Yehuda Cohen was eliminated early into the new level and cannot re-enter anymore as level 11 has commenced.

According to the screens there have been 404 entries, making it the strongest of the six flights thus far. The Day 1F payouts will be published as soon as they have been officially confirmed.

Noach Flushes Papavero

On the three-way of     , Riccardo Saitta checked out of the blinds and called a bet by Tal Noach, as did Lorenzo Papavero. The   hit on the river and again Saitta checked. Noach now bet 16,200 and Papavero in the cutoff gave it some thought before calling.

Saitta leaped out of his comfortable position and sighed, pondered about the decision for a few seconds and folded the   face up. Noach turned over    for the nut flush and Papavero mucked    for a rivered set of eights.
