Hand #119: Gjergj Sinishtaj raised in early position, Daniel Alaei called in the cutoff, and James Wiese called in the big blind. The dealer fanned    , Wiese quickly checked, Sinishtraj moved all in for 710,000, Alaei called, and Wiese folded.

The turn was the  , improving Alaei's hand from two pair to a straight and giving him outs to make a flush, and the   bricked off of the river. Sinishtaj was eliminated, while Alaei now has over five million chips.

"He's got a bright future," Jared Bleznick said, referring to Sinishtaj. "He's going to win the Main Event before he's 25. I'll bet it."

Wiese Bet Forces Bleznick Fold

Hand #118: James Wiese (middle position) and Daniel Alaei (small blind) limped, Jared Bleznick checked (big blind), and all three subquently checked the     flop. They also checked the   turn, and it appeared the hand would likely end without much fanfare.

But when the river brought the   and Alaei checked, Bleznick promptly bet the pot — 240,000 — then Wiese didn't waste much time at all before reraising to 960,000, only leaving himself about 400,000 behind.

Alaei folded instantly, and Bleznick began talking out loud as he narrated his thinking process.

"The thing is… you bluff a lot," he said. "You're capable of a lot," he added, then asked the dealer to pull the chips in to see it was 720,000 for him to call.

Finally he let his hand go, continuing to talk while Wiese just chewed his gum wordlessly and dragged the chips.

Hand #113: Numit Agrawal raised to 120,000 in the cutoff, Daniel Alaei called on the button, Jared Bleznick called out of the small blind, and the dealer fanned    . Bleznick checked, Agrawal checked, and Alaei fired out 165,000. Both Bleznick and Agrawal folded.

Hand #114: Bleznick limped in on the button, Tom Marchese completed from the small blind, and James Wiese checked in the big blind. The flop fell    , all three players checked, and Wiese took the pot down with a bet after the   turned.

Hand #107: Numit Agrawal raised to 125,000 from the hijack seat, and also won the blinds.

Hand #108: Daniel Alaei raised to 150,000 from the hijack seat and got a caller in James Wiese in the small blind. The flop came     and both checked. The turn was the  , and Wiese led for 250,000, forcing a fold from Alaei.

Hand #110: It was a limped pot, blind-vs.-blind hand between Gjergj Sinishtaj and Agrawal. They checked down the     flop and   turn, then Sinishtaj bet 60,000 after the   river and Agrawal called. Agrawal showed      and Sinishtaj mucked.

Hand #111: A five-way limped pot on this one, and when Tom Marchese fired a 110,000 bet after a     flop, all folded.

Hand #112: Marchese raised to 120,000 from under the gun, Sinishtaj called from the cutoff seat, then Alaei repotted to 540,000. Marchese folded quickly, but after just a few seconds Sinishtaj called.

The flop came    , and when Alaei led with a bet, Sinishtaj folded.

Hand #102: Jared Bleznick raised to 150,000 in the hijack, James Wiese called on the button, and Numit Agrawal three-bet to 600,000 in the big blind. Bleznick moved all in, Wiese quickly folded, and Agrawal called all in for a total of 855,000.

Hand #100: Numit Agrawal raised to 120,000 from the hijack seat and Daniel Alaei called from the cutoff. It folded to James Wiese who reraised to 500,000 from the big blind, forcing a quick fold from Agrawal and after a few extra moments a fold from Alaei as well.

Hand #101: Agrawal raised to 210,000 from middle position, then Sean Dempsey reraised the pot from the big blind. Agrawal reraised back, and Dempsey called all in.

The flop came     giving Dempsey a pair of eights and a tenuous lead. The   fell on the turn, and while Dempsey still had the edge Agrawal had numerous outs to fill draws and end with the best hand.

Hand #97: Jared Bleznick raised to 150,000 from under the gun, Gjergj Sinishtaj called on the button, Numit Agrawal called in the small blind, and the flop fell    . Agrawal checked, Bleznick bet 110,000, and both of his opponents folded.

Hand #98: Wiese raised to 125,000 from early position, and received no callers.

Hand #99: Wiese limped in from under the gun, Daniel Alaei called on the button, Bleznick completed in the small blind, and Marchese checked in the big blind. Hand #92: James Wiese (under the gun) and Daniel Alaei (button) limped, and Tom Marchese checked his option in the big blind. All checked the     flop. The   came on the turn, and when checked to Wiese bet 100,000 and only Alaei called.

The river was the  . Wiese checked, and Alaei set out a bet of 275,000. Wiese thought for a while then called, and Alaei tabled      for the nut flush, Wiese folded.

Players are back in their seats and Level 27 is underway. The plan will be to play three more one-hour levels tonight, and if the tourney has yet to complete the survivors will be returning on Tuesday to play a Day 4, thus giving them a chance to play in the last Day 1 flight of the Main Event tomorrow.

Hand #81: In the first hand of the level, Daniel Alaei limped from middle position and it folded around to Gjergj Sinishtaj who checked from the big blind. They checked down the     flop,   turn, and   river, and when     .

Hand #82: On the next hand, Alaei raised to 130,000 from under the gun and won the blinds.

Hand #83: It folded to Sinishtaj who raised to 125,000 from the button, and when Numit Agrawal reraised the pot to 440,000 from the small blind, both Alaei in the big blind and Sinishtaj folded.

Hand #84: Chip leader Jared Bleznick enjoyed a walk in the big blind.

Alaei Doubles Through Bleznick, Assumes Lead

Hand #67: Daniel Alaei raised to 115,000 from middle position, then Jared Bleznick reraised to 350,000 from one seat over. It folded back around to Alaei who called the raise, then the flop came    . Alaei promptly bet 775,000, leaving himself about 300,000 behind. Bleznick raised, and Alaei called.

Bleznick had the lead with his kings, but the   fell on the turn to give Alaei more ways to overtake him. A standing Bleznick leaned over and grabbed Alaei's shoulders, saying "good luck." The river then brought the   to complete Alaei's flush, and though disappointed Bleznick nonetheless shook Alaei's hand as he went from near-elimination to the chip lead.
