Weiss Doubles Through Paur Again

Hand #147:

Taylor Paur raised from the button to 80,000. Roy Weiss called from the small blind and checked the     flop. Paur continued for 90,000 and Weiss announced all in for 750,000. Paur called and tabled    and was ahead of the    of Weiss. The   gave Weiss some more outs and he got one with the   river making his straight.

Hand #140: Taylor Paur raised to 85,000 from the small blind and Weiss raised to 225,000 from the big. Paur folded.

The Rail Getting Rowdy

For some reason there's a lot of English players on the rail supporting Taylor Paur. Especially Sam Grafton is making a party out of things but not all of the rail and players seem to have as much fun as him. Some of the fans from other players are complaining and the tournament director has asked the rail to be quiet for a couple of times now. Let's see where this goes.

Nguyen Doubles Through Paur

Hand #137: Tailor Paur opened the small blind to 85,000 and Roy Weiss called from the big blind. Paur made a 65,000 continuation-bet on     and Weiss made the call. Paur check-folded on the   turn to Weiss' 150,000 bet.

Hand #138: Taylor Paur made it 80,000 to go from the button and Roy Weiss made the call from the small blind. Tai Nguyen pushed all in for 440,000 from the big blind and Taylor Paur also went all in. Roy Weiss folded and we had a show down again.

Tai Nguyen folded from the button and Taylor Paur, the small blind, raised to 500,000, enough to put Roy Weiss all in from the big blind. Weiss called for his remaining 382,000 with    and was ahead of Paur's   .

Hand #104: Kevin Barlow still had a straight face but inside he must have been pretty happy with the kings versus aces hand which guaranteed him a $28,000 pay jump. The next hand it was time to get his 115,000 in though.

He got a call from Taylor Paur in the small blind and Roy Weiss in the big blind. Paur and Weiss checked the hand on the flop and turn:     |  . The dealer put the   on the table and Paur bet out 60,000. Weiss folded and Paur showed his    for a rivered top pair. Barlow mucked his cards but the dealer tabled them anyway because it was an all in and a call situation. Barlow was rivered with his    and had to leave the tournament.

Hand #102: Taylor Paur made it 60,000 under-the-gun and everybody folded.

Hand #103: DJ MacKinnon opened the button for 65,000 and from the small blind Taylor Paur raised it up to 140,000. As Weiss folded, MacKinnon took a glance at Barlow's short stack. That didn't prevent him from shoving all in though and unfortunately for him, he was met with a snap call.

Tai Nguyen moved all in from under the gun with    for 170,000. Alex Barlow went all in from the small blind with    and that was followed by an all in from DJ MacKinnon from the big blind with   .
