Greg Merson started the hand with the button, and opened to 1.6 million. Jesse Sylvia called out of the small blind, and the dealer fanned    . Sylvia led for 2.2 million, and Merson raised to 7 million.

For the next two minutes or so, Sylvia sat silently, holding his left arm with his right hand. Then, he decided to re-raise, sliding out a tower of red T500,000 chips. Merson immediately folded, and Sylvia picked up the pot.
