The   completed the board, Merson led out for 2.9 million, and Sylvia went into the tank. After a few minutes, he rested his cheek in his right hand and began talking to Merson. Merson didn't answer. Sylvia then turned his attention to the board, and made the call.

Merson turned over    for the second nuts, and Sylvia mucked his hand.

Greg Merson started this hand with the button and raised to 1.6 million. Jesse Sylvia called from the small blind, and Jake Balsiger called from the big blind to create the first three-handed flop of three-handed play.
