Brian Rast had the button. Minh Ly raised to 225,000 from first position, Rast called on the button, and Phil Hellmuth three-bet to 525,000 from the small blind. Owais Ahmed released his big blind, Ly folded as well, and Rast made the call.

The flop came down    , and Hellmuth knuckled. Rast fired 250,000, and Hellmuth called.

The turn was the  , and Hellmuth immediately checked. Rast reached for chips, and slid out 675,000.

"How much?" Hellmuth asked Rast, pointing to the remainder of his stack.

"Almost two million," Rast answered.

"You have a set?" Hellmuth asked.

Hellmuth called, checked dark, and the river was the  . Rast made it 1.36 million, sending Hellmuth deep into the tank.

"Set, huh?" Hellmuth asked again.

Hellmuth began assembling chips to make the call, but then he grabbed his cards and flashed the   before folding.

Minh Ly had the button to start the hand. Brian Rast raised from the small blind to 250,000 and Phil Hellmuth called from the big blind. The flop came down     and Rast was first to act. He bet 300,000. Hellmuth laughed and then mucked his hand.

Hellmuth quickly bet 150,000 and Ahmed folded. Since returning from dinner break, Hellmuth has been acing much, much quicker with every decision. Almost as if he's grown impatient.

He counted out some chips and then made a reraise to 610,000. Phil Hellmuth didn't fold right away in the big blind. He eventually folded and Ahmed followed him into the muck.

Owais Ahmed had the button. Phil Hellmuth opened to 225,000 from first position, and Brian Rast defended his big blind. The flop came down    , Rast checked, and Hellmuth continued for 225,000. Rast mucked, and Hellmuth raked in the pot.

Minh Ly had the button. Brian Rast raised to 180,000 out of the small blind, Phil Hellmuth defended his big blind, and the flop fell    . Rast continued for 190,000, and Hellmuth raised to 440,000. Rast called.

The turn was the  , and both players checked.

"Are you f***ing kidding me?" Hellmuth sighed. "This guy wants to play every pot with me. So brutal."

While in the tank, Hellmuth cut out enough chips to call, but waited over five minutes to commit them. Rast opened up   , and Hellmuth started steaming.

"I haven't re-raised you one f***ing time," he told Rast after the hand. "That's all going to change after the break."

We shall see if Hellmuth's warning comes true, after the 60-minute dinner break!
