Greg "FBT" Mueller, winner of Event No. 33 (the $10,000 World Championship Limit Hold'em event), raised from the button, and James Massar called from the small blind. The flop came    , and Massar check-called Mueller's bet. Massar would likewise call Mueller's bets on both the turn --   -- and river --  . "King-high," said Mueller when the betting was done. Massar turned over    for aces. "Ah, why'd that card have to come?" asked Mueller with a smile. Those two are leading their four-handed table at the moment, with Massar at 14,000 and Mueller at 11,000.

While most tables have lost at least one or two players, and some are down to three- or four-handed, there is one table here at the start of level 5 that still has all of its original nine players left. David Plastik appears to have a slight chip advantage there (over Scott Seiver and the others).

J.C. Tran, Sorel Mizzi, and Victor Ramdin are among the recently eliminated players. We are about ten minutes away from the dinner break. Andre Boyer just eliminated Morgan Stringham over at Table #174, leaving just three players left at that one. "Crazy Mike" Thorpe has most of the chips there, though, with over 30,000, while both of his opponents have less than 10,000. Thorpe appears in good position to be the first to win his table tonight. Whether he can do so before the dinner break remains to be seen.
