Hands #72: Bill Bennett called from the cutoff, Matthew Davis completed his small blind, and Bill Stabler checked his option. The flop came     and action checked to Bennett. He bet 500,000, both of his opponents folded, and he took the chips.

Hands #73: Action folded to the blinds, Stabler raised to 450,000, and he took the pot without a fight.

Hands #74: Gary Friedlander called from the small blind, Bennett raised to 320,000 from the big blind, and Friedlander called. The flop came     and Friedlander checked. Bennett bet 320,000 and Friedlander folded.

Hands #75: Gary Friedlander raised to 400,000 from the button and won the blinds and antes.

Hands #76: Stabler raised to 420,000 from under the gun and took the pot without a fight.

Hands #77: Bennett called from the cutoff and Stabler checked his option. The flop fell     and Stabler bet 160,000. Bennett raised to 320,000, Stabler folded, and Bennett took the pot.

The   hit the turn and both players checked. The   fell on the river, Bennett bet 300,000, and Hamilton-Hill folded.

Hand #55: Matthew Davis got a walk in the big blind.

Hand #56: Action folded to the blinds and Davis called from the small. Stabler raised to 360,000 from the big and Davis folded.

Hand #57: Scott Hamilton-Hill shoved from early position for 1.025 million and won the pot uncontested.

Hand #58: Rachel Delatorre jammed for 870,000 from the hijack and took the blinds and antes.

Hand #59: Davis raised from under the gun to 280,000. Gary Friedlander called and Hamilton-Hill called from the big blind. The flop came     and Hamilton-Hill checked. Davis bet 560,000 and got two folds.

Hand #42: Gary Friedlander raised to 285,000 from the cutoff and took the pot uncontested.

Hand #43: Scott Hamilton-Hill shoved from the button for 710,000, and although Matthew Davis spent about a minute in the tank before he folded his big blind, Hamilton-Hill won the pot without a fight.

Hand #44: Friedlander raised from under the gun and took the blinds and antes.

Hand #45: Rachel Delatorre raised to 310,000 from the cutoff and won the pot uncontested.

Bennett had taken the lead when he paired up on the flop and Berry needed to improve in order to survive. The   turn and   river were no help to Berry and Bennett took the pot to end his deep run in this event.

Hand #28: Matthew Davis raised to 275,000 from middle position and took down the pot uncontested. He showed    with a smile and said "I found one of the ways to play them right. Raise and have everyone fold."

Hand #29: Frank Berry raised to 250,000 from the hijack and Scott Hamilton-Hill called from the big blind. The flop came     and Hamilton-Hill shoved for 1.24 million. Berry went into the tank for about 20 seconds before he folded    face up.

Hand #30: Scott Hamilton-Hill raised to 280,000 from the button, Matthew Davis shoved from the big blind to put Hamilton-Hill to a decision for his stack, and he folded. He flashed the   as he tossed his cards into the muck and Davis took the pot.

Hand #20:

Scott Hamilton-Hill raised to 285,000 from under the gun, Bill Bennett called from the small blind, and Joseph Schulman called from the big blind.

The flop came     and Bennett bet 700,000, Schulman shoved for about 1.5 million, Hamilton-Hill folded, and Bennett called to put Schulman at risk.

Bennett had a commanding lead with the larger of the two sets and Schulman, who found himself on the unfortunate end of the cooler, needed a lot of help to survive. The   turn and   river changed nothing, so Bennett took the pot to end Schulman's deep run in this event.

Event #32: $1,000 Seniors No-Limit Hold'em generated a record-breaking 5,919 players, but just eight will return for Day 4 action at 11:00 a.m. local time to play down to a winner. The remaining players are all guaranteed a payday of at least $76,204, but all eyes are fixed on the top prize of $662,983 and WSOP gold bracelet.

Leading the way is Gary Friedlander, who will take a stack of 8,080,000 chips out of the bag when play resumes. He's followed by Bill Stabler (6,085,000) and Matthew Davis (6,010,000), the only other players currently over the 5-million chip mark.
