Chris Moore Doubles Through Bertrand Grospellier

Hand #103: Bertrand Grospellier raised from the cutoff, and Chris Moore called from the big blind.

The flop came down    , and Moore shoved for 4,125,000. Grospellier tanked for about two-and-a-half minutes before he called with    for a pair of tens. Moore, however, was well ahead with    for a straight with a flush draw.

The   turn and   river completed the board, safe for Moore to double up.

Hand #96-102: Voulgaris Check-Raise Jams on Moore

Hand #96: Bertrand Grospellier called from the small blind, and Doug Polk checked his option.

They checked to the river of an       board, where Grospellier bet 775,000. Polk raised to an unannouced amount, (potentially all in) and Grospellier called with    for a straight. Polk showed    for the same straight, and they chopped the pot.

Hand #97:Chris Moore raised to an unannouced amount from under the gun, and Haralabos Voulgaris called from the big blind.

The flop came down    , and Voulgaris checked to Moore, who bet 1,300,000. Voulgaris check-raised all in, Moore folded, and Voulgaris took the pot.

Hand #98: Doug Polk raised all in from the button, and both blinds folded.

Hand #99: Chris Moore raised all in for about 3,500,000 from the small blind, and Dario Sammartino folded his big blind.

Hand #86: In a battle of blinds for the minimum, Bertrand Grospellier won the pot against Doug Polk with a bet on the turn.

Hand #87: Chris Moore moved all in first to act and got no action.

Hand #88: Polk moved all in from the button. Both blinds folded immediately.

Hand #89: Haralabos Voulgaris shoved all in from the button and won the pot.

Hand #90: Polk opened for 1,150,000. Grospellier took the     flop with his American opponent. Both checked to see the   turn. Again, they both checked to see the   river. Grospellier bet roughly 1,300,000 and got a call. He took it down with   .

Hand #91: Moore raised to 1,200,000 and won the pot.

Hand #92: Small blind Polk moved all in and won the pot against big blind Voulgaris.

Hand #93: Dario Sammartino raised to 1,100,000 first to act. Polk again shoved all in, chasing away the blinds. It looked to be a little over 10 million, and the Italian mucked.

Hand #94: Polk made it 1,150,000 in the cutoff. Voulgaris made it 2,500,000 on his left. Polk mucked.

Hand #95: Polk made it 1,150,000 first to act. Sammartino made it 3,475,000 in the small blind, and Grospellier moved all in from the big. The all-in wager was for 16,700,000. Sammartino let it go with a sigh but looked very displeased.

Hand #76: Chris Moore defended his big blind from a Bertrand Grospellier open in the cutoff. The board ran out       as the two checked down to fifth street. Finally, Grospellier bet 1.1 million. That was enough to win the pot without showdown.

Hand #77: Haralabos Voulgaris shoved all in for 5.5 million or so, and the blinds folded.

Had #62: Martin Jacobson put in a raise to what looked like 950,000 and won the pot.

Hand #63: Dario Sammartino raised to 900,000 and took it down.

Hand #64: Jacobson raised to 950,000 first to act. Doug Polk moved all in from the button. He had Jacobson covered for what looked to be about 8 million effective. Jacobson tanked about a minute and mucked.

Hand #65: Bertrand Grospellier raised to 850,000 second to act. Polk thought about 30 seconds and then put in 2,250,000. Grospellier called.

The flop came    . Grospellier checked. Polk checked back. The   arrived, pairing the board on the turn. Both players checked again and a   completed the board. Grospellier turned over    but it was no match for   .
