Noah Merritt opens the pot with a raise to 50,000 from under the gun and the actions folds around to Zvi Stern in the big blind. He rakes his time before announcing he's all in. Merritt seems taken aback by the moved but calls quickly for 475,000 when he gathers his senses.

Justin Bonomo raises from the hijack to 50,000 and Jae Kim calls out of the cutoff. Action folds through to Max Steinberg in the big blind who three-bets to 175,000. Bonomo wastes little time in calling, and Kim moves all in for his last 798,000. Steinberg asks for a count before he moves all in for 2,800,000.

"Wow" shouts Bonomo as he sits back in his chair. Bonomo tanks for nearly two minutes before folding and the hands are tabled.

Upeshka De Silva has been playing a lot of pots today and it seems he always enters for a raise and continues the aggression down the streets, daring anyone to challenge his big stack. Few do.

Three players see a flop of     and Nick Tsoukalas checks in the big blind. De Silva bets 56,000 and Keith Donovan calls in position. Tsoukalas has been short all day and looks longingly at the chips in the middle before releasing his hand.

The turn is the [k] and De Silva fires again for 122,000. Donovan gives it up and another pot without showdown goes to De Silva.

Jake Toole opens to 50,000 in middle position and Nathan Bjerno, in late position, three-bets to 155,000. 

The rest of the table folds back to Toole, who after a few moments of thought, four-bets to 290,000, leaving himself just over 2,100,000 in front of him. 

Bjerno has close to 1,250,000 remaining in his stack and after he gets a count of Toole's four-bet, he commits a majority of his stack to the pot, clicking it back with a five-bet to 580,000. 

Toole seems done with the leveling war, turning to the dealer to announce himself "all-in", with Bjerno snap calling, tabling   

The big stack holds    and there are a few moments of awkwardness as the ESPN camera crew sets up around Table 377. 

"Is this your big double or my big suck out?" Toole asks before the producer gives the dealer the signal to begin the deal. 

The     comes on the flop and Bjerno says something about a sweat.

That sweat becomes an actual sweat as the   falls on the turn, giving Toole outs to a flush. 

The   completes the board and the flush, with a few table mates turning away from the table as the final card is dealt, with a few describing how "sick" the suck out was. 

Bjerno takes the beat in stride, heading to the payout cage to collect his nearly $40,000 in Main Event winnings, while Jake Toole is now looking like one of the chip leaders after scoring a massive elimination.

The dealer peels off the the   on the river and Brown lets out an expletive as Platt fills up. After a moment to compose himself, Brown shakes hands with Platt and is escorted to the payout desk to collect his $40,433 prize money.

According to tablemate Andrew Moreno, former November Niner Anton Makiievsky's tournament run ended when Moreno raised on the button and Makiievsky moved all in for his last 200,000 or so. Moreno called with A-3 and was up against Makiievsky's A-K. Moreno managed to spike a three on the flop to send Makiievsky to the rail.
