With the board showing     and nearly 85,000 in the pot, Michael Kahn checks to Phi Tran in the cut-off. Tran bets 31,000 and Kochalka calls from the button. Kahn thinks for nearly two minutes before signaling a call.

The turn is the   and the action checks to Kochalka. He bets 40,000 and Kahn and Tran each call without much hesitation.

The river is the  . Action slows and players check around as Kochalka announces, "I've got trip queens" as he turns over   . Kahn mucks right away before Tran checks his cards one last time and drops them into the muck.

Kochalka chips up to 350,000 and is playing as one of the bigger stacks in the room with 15 players remaining.

Byran Corrigan moves all-in from the button for just over 65,000 and sees Zachary Seufert re-shove in the small blind.

The big blind folds and Corrigan is flipping for his tournament life, holding    to Seufert's   .

Corrigan picks up an open ended straight draw on the flop of     but the turn and river bring the   and   and improve Seufert to a full house.

Corrigan is eliminated in 19th place and the remaining players are now redrawing for their seats at the final two Event #1 tables.

Phi Tran raises all-in from the button and Blake Robbins calls from the big blind. Tran shows    and Robbins shows    as he lets out a sigh and stands up to grab his things.

The board runs out       and Tran knocks out Robbins with a pair of kings.

Morton Davis moves all-in from early position and Phi Tran asks for a count in late position.

The dealer cuts down the all-in player's stack, with the count falling just over 85,000.

Tran takes a few moments to think, counting his own stack a few times before calling. The rest of the table folds and Davis turns over his   .

"You got it." Tran says, tabling   .

"I got it? Well then give it to me then!" Davis shouts to no one in particular.

The dealer does give it to him, as the board runs out       and Davis notches an extremely important double up.

When the dust settles, his count is just over 190,000 while Tran was cut down after taking in a huge pot earlier, playing just over 200,000.

The board runs out clean for Tran's queens and he takes down the pot.

He's eliminated in 25th place when his pocket sevens lose to the pocket jacks of Johnny Gagelonia on a run out of      .

Corey Emery

Zachary Seufert opens to 15,000 on the button and after the small blind folds, Corey Emery moves all-in for just over 50,000 from the big blind.

Seufert snap calls and tables   . He needs to hold against Emery's    and does, as the board runs out      .

Seufert locks up the knockout and Emery, who finished 2nd in this event last year, will make just over $2,300 for his second straight deep Event #1 run.

The action folds all the way around to David Hong in the small blind who raises all-in for his last 72,000 chips. Phi Tran calls and shows   , as Hong turns over   .

It didn't take very long to change the leader in this one.

The dealer spreads out the     flop and the hand was all but over. The other two nines stay in the deck and Hong scores a huge double up halfway through level 19.

Robert Ostler raises all in from the big blind and the action folds back around to Phi Tran on the button. Tran asks for a count before he calls and tables   . Ostler tables    and says, "Really? It took you that long to call with aces?".

The board runs out clean for Tran's aces and he scores a knockout here towards the end of level 18.

After Ostler left the table Morton Davis asks Tran, "What was you praying those aces hold up?"

Tran tells the table he only looked at one card when he initially asked for the count.

Tran is now playing 170,000 as the remaining field is on a 20 minute break.
