We just saw back-to-back hands that resulted in Jeff Fielder's stack balloon to over 5 million while Dale Roesel's dropped to nearly 2 million.

In the first, Fielder opened for 105,000 from the cutoff and then called when Roesel three-bet to 215,000 from the small blind. Both players checked the     flop, and then Fielder called a bet of 235,000 on the   turn. When the   completed the board on the river, Roesel slowed down with a check and then called when Fielder bet 345,000. The latter tabled    for a straight and a frustrated Roesel mucked his cards.

In the next hand, Fielder opened for 105,000 under the gun and then called Roesel's three-bet to 235,000 from the button. Fielder proceeded to check the     flop, prompting Roesel to bet 240,00 and say, "You can't fold. You know you'll get there."

Sure enough, Fielder called and then both players checked the   turn. They did the same on the   river and Fielder revealed   , which prompted Roesel to muck. "I had kings back to back," Roesel said. "Awesome."

Jon Wood (Day 2) - 12th Place

Jeff Fielder opened to 105,000 from early position, Doug Ashmore called from the cutoff, and Jon Wood moved all in for 505,000 from the big blind. Fielder asked for a count before re-shoving, and Ashmore opted to fold.

Fielder:
Wood:

The flop was    , giving Wood a wheel draw, but Fielder held two of his outs. The   on the turn was a brick, and the   on the river actually gave Fielder a six-high straight.

Wood was eliminated in 12th place, and will pocket $24,949. Fielder is once again the chip leader.

Bryan Campanello opened for 100,000 from the button and received calls from Paul Phillips and Brant Hale in the small and big blinds respectively. Phillips then led out for 140,000 on the     flop, only Campanello called, and the   peeled off on the turn.

Again Phillips led out, this time for 160,000, and again Campanello called. The   river saw Phillips fire out 250,000, and Campanello paid him off. Phillips tabled    for two pair, and it was good as Campanello simply mucked.

Just before the break, Bryan Campanello opened to 80,000 from early position, and Drazen Ilich defended his big blind. The dealer fanned    , and Ilich check-called an 80,000-chip bet from Campanello.

The turn was the  , Ilich checked again, and Campanello fired 170,000. Ilich called.

The   completed the board and both players knuckled. Ilich turned over   , for a pair of sixes, and Campanello scrunched his face before mucking.

Cliff Stewart

Cliff Stewart's stack has done nothing but went down here in Level 29, but he recently righted the ship with a nice win against Krissi McFarland.

It happened when Stewart opened for 80,000 from the hijack and McFarland defended from the big. Both players then checked the     flop, leading to the   on the turn. McFarland checked, Stewart bet 105,000, and McFarland check-raised to 220,000. Stewart made the call and the watched McFarland lead out for 200,000 on the   river.

Stewart only had about 400,000 behind and thought for about 90 seconds before calling off half of it with   . It was a good call as McFarland held the inferior   .

Jeff Fielder opened to 85,000 on the button, Dale Roesel three-bet to 190,000 from the big blind, and Fielder called. The flop fell    , and Roesel led out for 130,000.

Fielder raised to 380,000, and took down the pot.

A few hands later, Roesel opened to 90,000 from the cutoff seat, and Matt Kirby three-bet to 230,000 on his direct left. The action folded back to Roesel, who immediately four-bet to 450,000, and Kirby folded.

The very next hand, Roesel opened from the hijack seat. He received no callers, and tabled   .

Drazen Ilich is looking for 4th place or better.

We have just received word that Andrew Robinson, who currently leads the WSOP Circuit Choctaw Casino Championship race with 75 points, has been eliminated from Event #12 $580 No-Limit Hold'em, which means he won't be earning any more points here in Durant. Robinson amassed his points over three cashes: 13th in Event #5, 2nd in Event #7, and 4th in Event #10.

With that said, Drazen Ilich is able to catch him if he finishes in fourth place or better. Placing fourth will tie Ilich with Robinson, but he would win the tiebreaker should no one pass him Event #12, though there are still players alive in that event
that could impact the standings.

Reginald Roberts (Day 2) - 13th Place

Krissi McFarland opened to 120,000 from early position, Reginald Roberts three-bet jammed for 430,000 from the cutoff seat, and the action folded back to McFarland, who tank-called.

McFarland:
Roberts:

Roberts made a pair of kings when the flop fell    , but the   turned, giving McFarland a myriad of outs to catch up. Now, any club or queen would give her the best hand, and it was the   that completed the board.

McFarland made a straight, increasing her stack to 1.15 million chips, while Roberts was eliminated.

Brenda Bassett (Day 2) - 14th Place

Brenda Bassett open-shoved for her last 255,000 from early position, and the action folded to Cliff Stewart, who tanked for the better part of two minutes, then called.

Bassett:
Stewart:

The board ran out      , and Bassett was eliminated in 14th place.

Brant Hale moved all in from the hijack for 480,000 and received a call from Reginald Roberts on the button. The blinds got out of the way and the cards were turned up:

Roberts:
Hale:

It was a flip, but Hale needed to improve to stay alive. He didn't do it on the     flop, but he did on the   turn. The   river was of no consequence and Hale doubled on the hand, essentially swapping chip positions with Roberts.

Kasra Khodayarkhani (Day 2) - 15th Place

It took about a half hour for the first elimination to occur here on Day 3, and the unfortunate victim was Kasra Khodayarkhani.

Lee Abramson opened for 90,000 from early position and watched the field fold around to the small blind. It was then that Dale Roesel three-bet to 210,000, prompting Khodayarkhani to four-bet all in for 680,000 from the big blind. Abramson got out of the way and Roesel snap-called.

Roesel:
Khodayarkhani:

It was a bit of a cooler for Khodayarkhani as he had run his big pocket pair into one of the three bigger ones possible. The     flop wasn't anything special, and neither was the   turn. Khodayarkhani needed a jack on the river to survive, but it was not in the cards as the   peeled off.

Khodayarkhani exited in 15th place to a nice round of applause.

Bryan Campanello opened to 80,000 on the button, Brent Hale defended from the big blind, and the dealer fanned    . Hale checked, Campanello continued for 65,000, and Hale called.

The turn was another queen - the   - and Hale checked again. Campanello quickly reached for chips, then tossed out 140,000. Hale tank-called.

The   completed the board - and a possible club flush - and Hale checked a third and final time. Campanello reached for a rainbow variety of pink T100,000 chips, green T25,000 chips, and grey T5,000 chips, and tossed out 230,000. Hale sat quietly for the better part of two minutes, then made the call.

Campanello ripped over    for trip queens, and Hale folded. Campanello now has over three million chips, while Hale is down to 400,000.

Action folded to Clifton Stewart in the hijack and he opened for 85,000. Bryan Campanello, who was next to act in the cutoff, then three-bet to right around 200,000, action folded back to Stewart, and a call was made. The latter proceeded to lead out for 190,000 on the     flop, and then bet an additional 320,000 on the   turn.

Campanello responded by moving all in, and Stewart hit the tank. While contemplating the decision, Stewart popped a piece of gum, leaned back in his chair, and double checked his cards. Eventually he decided to concede the hand and gentle slid his cards to the dealer.

Dale Roesel opened for 80,000 from the cutoff only to have Lee Abramson three-bet to 200,000 from the big blind. Roesel made the call and then quickly called when Abramson led out for 310,000 on the     flop.

When the dealer burned and turned the  , Abramson moved all in and Roesel folded. Abramson then showed    and a frustrated Roesel verbally lamented the ace on the turn.

Jeff Fielder

Day 3 of the 2012-13 World Series of Poker Circuit Event - Choctaw Durant Main Event will begin in 30 minutes or so, and leading the remaining 15 players is Circuit regular Jeff Fielder. Fielder, who already owns one WSOP-C gold ring, bagged over 3.2 million chips upon the completion of Day 2. He is looking to best his previous largest score of $67,422, which he earned for finishing 92nd in the 2010 WSOP Main Event.

Drazen Ilich enters the third and final day sixth in chips with 1.7 million. Ilich is a two-time ring winner, and if he finishes fourth or higher then he will became the casino champion for Choctaw Durant. The current leader is Andrew Robinson, though Event #12 is yet to be determined.

There are two females still standing. Brenda Bassett, who lost a big chunk of her stack during the last level of play, and Krissi McFarland, who bagged just over one million chips. No female has ever won a WSOP-C Main Event, so Bassett and McFarland are looking to make history.

The action is set to kick off at 12:00 p.m. CST. Make sure to stay tuned to PokerNews for all of your live, upt-to-the-minutes updates straight from the tournament floor.
