Adam Ross is the Cherokee Main Event Champion for $295,970

This is what the newly-crowned champion of the Harrah's Cherokee Main Event was shouting at the top of his lungs once the last card hit the felt. Adam Ross - Winner of the Harrah's Cherokee Main Event 

Adam Ross opens with a raise to 1,250,000. Ryan Phan moves all in from the big blind for 3,500,000. Ross calls and it's off to the races.

The board comes down       and that gives Ross a set on the turn, leaving Phan drawing dead.

"Yes!!!" Ross shouts. "No more mortgage!"  

With that, Phan is eliminated and Ross is the winner of the Harrah's Cherokee Circuit Main Event. For his win Ross will collect $295,970, massively eclipsing his previous cashes at the WSOP.

Phan will take home $182,990 for second place, moving his total WSOP cashes over $1,000,000.

The flop is     and Phan checks. Ross puts out a bet of 600,000. Phan then check-raises, making it 2,000,000. Ross then moves all in and Phan quickly calls.

Phan flopped two pair on the monotone board but Ross is in the lead with a straight. Phan needs and eight or four to seal the tournament but the   on the turn and   on the river are not what he's looking for. Ross double up, putting the two players back to relatively even stacks.

The flop comes     and both players check to the   on the turn. Both players check again, and the dealer puts the   on the river. Phan puts out a bet of 500,000 and Ross calls. "Big ace" says Ross. It's no good though, as Phan tables    for two pair.

On the   turn, Ross switches gears and leads out for 1,300,000. Phan then thinks for a long while before raising, making it 3,000,000. Ross thinks for a while himself, then decides to fold. So Phan takes down the pot.

The flop comes     and Asnani bets 1,100,000. Ross practically beats him into the pot, tossing some chips in to quickly call.

The turn is the  . Asnani has a look back at his cards and opts to check. Ross reaches into his stack and bets 1,500,000. Asnani lets it go, sending the pot to Ross.
