The small blind thinks for about a minute and then three-bets to 9,700, leaving himself with about 10,000 behind. Gold doesn't waste much time before moving all in for effectively the rest of the small blind's stack. The small blind quickly folds and Gold drags the pot.

A big pot is brewing at one of the tables in the lobby, and Russell Britt bets 3,500 from the big blind. There is about 7,800 in the middle on a board reading      . His opponent in the cutoff raises to 8,500. After about a minute in the tank, Britt moves all-in for about 25,000. His opponent thinks about it and eventually calls for his remaining 15,500.

Britt tables    for the absolute best hand, aces full of eights, and his opponent flashes    for sixes full of aces before heading to the rail.

The entire table is in awe, talking about how it played out.

The river is the   and Mather fires a third bet worth 500. The big blind quickly calls and Mather tables    for a pair of eights. His opponent flashes the   and mucks his cards.

Mather is already sitting on almost 50,000 in Level 1. He explained how the turned a straight earlier and his opponent decided to bluff his entire stack off with ace-king high.

Hinchcliffe takes a moment before deciding to fold as well. Hinchcliffe shows pocket tens and Nelson shows pocket queens.

The second of two starting flights of the $1,675 no-limit hold'em main event gets cards in the air on Saturday at noon. Day 1A drew 207 entries and Day 1B is expecting a much bigger crowd. With 207 entries from yesterday, there is already $310,500 in the prizepool and the $500,000 guarantee is set to be surpassed early on Day 1B.

Everybody playing today will be chasing Sam Nagar, who finished yesterday's action with 246,000. Here is a look at the details for Day 1B of every Circuit stop's marquee event:

  • 20,000 starting stack
  • 40-minute blinds on Day 1, 60-minute blinds going forward
  • One re-entry per person per flight
  • Registration is open until the start of Level 13 at ~10:00 p.m.
  • Day 1 concludes after the completion of Level 15 at ~12:00 a.m.
  • There will be a break every two hours
  • There will be a 75-minute dinner break at the end of Level 9
  • Day 2 begins on Sunday at 12:00 p.m.
  • Day 3 begins on Monday at 12:00 p.m.
