Irene Carey opens to 2,000 in middle position and her opponent raises to 5,200. She shoves all in for her roughly 16,000 and her opponent quickly calls.

She is behind, holding    against the [qh,qs] of her opponent. The board runs out [js,6s,6d,7h,ks] and Carey turns the best hand and stays ahead on the river to double up.

On the next hand, David Jackson finishes her newly short-stacked opponent with    agains    when Jackson managed to connect with the board, hitting a two on the turn.

The small blind checks and Richards bets 3,000. The small blind check-raises all in for 16,050 and Richards goes into the tank for several minutes.

Richards eventually tosses his hand into the muck and the small blind wins the pot.
