A winner of the WSOP Circuit Main Event at Foxwoods will be determined today.
The eight returning players are guaranteed at least $17,250, but all of these players have their eyes set on the top prize of $148,350, which comes with a circuit ring and an entry into the WSOP National Championship.
Muhammad Rahim enters Day 3 with a commanding chip lead at 2,900,000. Rahim is the only player with more than 2,000,000 chips. The next largest stack of 1,130,000 belongs to Long Tran.
The final eight will battle it out tomorrow beginning at noon. Play resumes in level 26 and blinds will start at 15,000/30,000 with a 5,000 ante. They will play hour-long levels with 15-minute breaks every two levels until a winner is declared.
