On a flop of    , Paul Volpe is in the big blind and heads-up with Randy Ohel under the gun. A flurry of bets and raises follows and Ohel eventually gets all in for about 170,000. Volpe calls and the cards are tabled. 

Ohel shows       and Volpe tables      . The turn is the   and the river is the  . Volpe scoops the pot with the nut low and top two pair. Ohel is eliminated and there is a short break in the action as the remaining seven players re-draw and relocate to the unofficial final table.

Joey Couden raises to 13,000 from under the gun and Paul Volpe calls from the button. Randy Ohel three-bets all in for 89,000 from the small blind and action folds back to Couden. He lets it go, Volpe calls, and the hands are turned over.

Ryan Himes raises from the cutoff and Joey Couden three-bets from the small blind. Himes calls and they see a flop of    . Both players check and the   comes on the turn.

Couden bets 24,000 and Couden raises to 48,000. Couden takes a moment and then three-bets to 72,000. Himes takes a moment of thought and then calls all in for less.

"You flop a set?" asks Himes.

Couden doesn't respond and shows   , good for trips.

"That's no good," says Himes.

Himes shows   , giving him a flush and in good shape to double up. The river is the  , however, which gives Couden quads and eliminates Himes in ninth place. Himes takes home $8,466 for his deep run while Couden moves up the counts.

Paul Volpe looks to capture his second WSOP bracelet

The final day of the $1,500 Dealers Choice kicks off this afternoon at 2 p.m. with nine players returning to play down to a winner. 

Everybody is chasing chip leader Lawrence Berg and plenty of talent remains. Paul Volpe, who comes into the day second in chips, Randy Ohel, and Andrew Brown are still alive and searching for their second WSOP bracelets.

The remaining nine players are all guaranteed a cash of at least $8,466, but everybody has their sights set on the hardware and the $125,466 first-place money. 

Levels will continue to be 60 minutes long, with 15-minute breaks after every two levels and a 60-minute dinner break after the sixth level of the day. In big-bet games, players will return to blinds of 3,000/6,000 and for limit games, the limits will be 6,000/12,000.
