Rick Taylor Wins Seniors Championship

Congratulations to Rick Taylor on winning the Seniors event here at Harrah's Cherokee. He defeated a field of 848 entrants to earn $33,079 and a WSOP Circuit gold ring. It was a long 14 hour grind before the last card hit the felt.

There is a second seniors event at this stop next weekend. It is slated for Sunday at 9 a.m. and also has a $250 buy-in. It is scheduled to be a one-day event.
