Aleksandr Denisov opens his button to what looks like 5,500. It folds around to Fabrice Soulier who makes it 17,600 to go from the big blind. Denisov calls to see a flop.

The dealer fans     and Soulier continues out for 29,000. Denisov just calls, leaving Soulier with merely 1,900 back. The   hits the turn and Soulier moves all in. Denisov calls and the cards are revealed to show Soulier in the lead.

The   drills the river, giving Denisov eights and fours for the win. Soulier takes a quick exit from the tournament area and Denisov assumes the chip lead once again with about 278,000 to his name.

Don Nguyen brings it in with the   and Luis Velador completes his  . George Danzer is in the next seat over and he announces a raise. Action folds back to Nguyen who folds as well. Velador calls.

Velador bets out on fourth, leaving himself with less than a bet behind. Danzer calls and does so again when Velador ships all in on fifth street. By seventh, Danzer makes two pair of jacks and fives. Velador fails to improve and he takes to the rail.

Alexey Makarov had doubled through Matthew Ashton earlier in a round 2-7 Triple Draw and looked to so the same again. Ashton raises and calls after Makarov three-bet all in for 19,000.

Makarov draws two and Ashton one. Ashton needs a diamond to go with his      but bricks. Makarov wins after not needing to improve with     showing.

Ashton busts a few hands later.

Adam Friedman raises from middle position and finds a single call from Shaun Deeb on the button. At the first draw, Friedman announces that he's pat and Deeb takes two. Friedman bets, Deeb calls, and the duo are off to the second draw.

Friedman remains pat while Deeb improves to just one new card. Deeb calls another bet from Friedman and takes one card at the last draw. Friedman bets one final time and Deeb opts to ditch his hand.

Rep Porter raises to 4,000 from the button and calls when Daniel Negreanu three-bets to 11,000 from the small blind. Negreanu stands-pat and Porter draws one. The latter then bets 14,000 and Negreanu check-folds.

The next hand, Neagreanu raises to 4,000 and the blinds fold. He shows a ten-six.

Porter opened to 4,000 and Negreanu calls before both draw one. Porter check-calls a 7,500 bet with       and is good as Negreanu paired an eight.

Ace-to-Five Triple Draw

Picking up with the action at the first draw, James Obst is already all in and at risk against both Daniel Negreanu and Robert Mizrachi. Mizrachi pulls two new cards, Obst takes three, and Negreanu takes one. Mizrachi checks for action in a side pot, Negreanu bets, and Mizrachi calls.

At the second draw, Mizrachi takes one, Obst once again pulls three, and Negreanu takes one. Mizrachi checks, Negreanu bets, and Mizrachi calls all in for his last 4,200.

With two players all in, action is halted following the final draw. Mizrachi pulls one and Obst pulls two. Negreanu, however stands pat and tables his hand.

"I have number two," says Negreanu, tabling      .

Both Mizrachi and Obst show that they're drawing dead as they muck their cards. Negreanu scores the double knockout and brings his stack to 56,000.

Cernuto draws two as his opponents draw one. Dehkharghani check-calls a bet and calls one again, as does Gorodinsky. Cernuto draws two and Dehkharghani checks to face anothert bet which he raises. Gorodinsky is a believer and folds.
