Erik Seidel moves all in from the cutoff for about 500,000 and Justin Bonomo calls on the button. John Racener folds his big blind and aciton is on David Sands in the big blind.

Sands is under the impression that Bonomo moved all in over the top for about 1,500,000 and he sweats his first card and turns it up. He shows the whole table the  .

"Well, I guess it will be an easy call or an easy fold," said Sands. "It's a no-spotter."

Sands shows the whole table the   and mucks his hand. Seidel shows    and needs help against Bonomo's   . The board runs out       and Seidel pairs his eight to double through Bonomo.

The table informs Sands that Bonomo just called the all in and didn't re-shove. Sands apologized to the table and a little banter followed.

"I'm not going to stop him from showing me his cards," said Bonomo.

"It would have been interesting if you found aces and just called," said Roger Sippl.

"I would have just called," said Sands. "I thought he was all in."

The table has a few more jokes as Seidel collects the pot.

Racener thinks for a minute, then mucks his cards, and the dealer pushes the pot to Bonomo.

After Phil Hellmuth declared war on Anthony Zinno, Zinno raises to 90,000 from middle position and action folds around to Hellmuth in the big blind.

"When I declare war on people, I usually take all their chips," said Hellmuth after the raise from Zinno.

"I'm not France, Phil," said Zinno.

Hellmuth defends his big blind and the flop is    . Hellmuth checks and Zinno bets 45,000. . Hellmuth check-calls and the turn is the  . Hellmuth checks and Zinno bets 85,000. Hellmuth check-calls again and the river is the  .

Hellmuth pushes 225,000 forward and Zinno immediately reaches for chips. After some thought, Zinno raises to 450,000 and Hellmuth instantly calls. Zinno tables   , giving him a set and Hellmuth pushes back from the table for a moment before showing    and tossing it into the muck.

"You even got the raise in on the river in too," said Hellmuth. "When I lead out there, I either have a straight, a set or top two and you found the one where I have top two. Do you just give me the two million when I have queen-jack."

 Phil Hellmuth and Anthony Zinno, the belligerents in the latest conflict

Phil Hellmuth raises to 100,000 from under the gun, and Anthony Zinno three-bets to 250,000 from middle position.

Action folds back around to Hellmuth. He quickly folds, but this is not the first time he and Zinno have clashed preflop today, and that hasn't escaped Hellmuth's attention. "Alright. We're at war," he tells Zinno. "I declare war." And as Zinno stacks the chips, Hellmuth repeats his declaration one more time for emphasis: "War!"

Dan Perper opens to 80,000 from middle position. Roger Sippl calls in the cutoff, and Jason Somerville three-bet shoves from the small blind. It's 345,000 total, and Perper tanks and folds. Sippl calls quickly though, and Somerville is flipping for his tournament life.

The flop comes    , and Sippl reacts with a sigh of frustration as Somerville pairs his queen. The turn   opens up outs for Sippl's spade draw, though, and the   river fills in his flush to score the knockout. Somerville wishes his table luck and heads to the rail.

Max Silver moves all in from under the gun for 255,000. Action folds around to Joseph Cheong in the small blind. He pushes forward a stack of chips and verbally announces he's all in. The dealer has only one all-in button in the well, which he had tossed in front of Silver, so he verbally repeats Cheong's announcement for the table.

Action is now on Piotr Franczak in the big blind. Franczak stares straight ahead for about two minutes. Then he pulls out his phone, apparently to change the music he's listening to. Since he has a live hand, the dealer moves to stop him when he pulls out the phone, and asks, "You do know he (Cheong) is all in, right?"

Franczak shakes his head, and actually had not known the action was on him. There is no Hollywooding, and once the miscommunication is rectified, Franczak quickly mucks his hand, and the remaining players turn up their cards.
