Gordon Robinson makes it 50,000 to go. Howard Steiner shoves all in. Robinson calls and shows   . Steiner turns over   . He says "That's the best hand I've seen all day."

The board comes      . Steiner's best hand is good enough to double up with a pair of aces on the flop.

Action folds around to Mark Estes in the small blind who shoves all-in for 245,000.  Dennis Waterman goes into the tank for approx. two minutes before calling the all-in for less.

The board runs out      .  Estes' pair of kings wins the hand and Waterman is sent home in 14th place.

Howard Mazer

Ted Cohen makes it 50,000 to go from the button. Howard Mazar calls in the small blind. The big blind, Wayne Knyal, three bets, making it 140,000. Cohen shoves all in. Mazar stands up, clearly frustrated. He bounces a yellow (1,000) chip on to the felt and says "Alright!". Knyal tanks for a second, counting his chips and eventually folds.

Cohen shows   . Mazar flips over   . The flop comes    . When the ace fell, Mazar clapped and starts telling his friends on the rail that an ace came. The turn comes  . It takes a minute for the players to realize that Cohen hit a flush. The river comes  . No help to Mazar and he is eliminated in 16th Place.

Rod Pardey raises to 45,000 under the gun. Action folds all the way around to Charles Moore in the big blind who calls.

The flop comes    . Moore leads out for 50,000 and Pardey calls.

The turn is the  . Again, Moore leads out, this time for 160,000, and Pardey calls.

The river is the  , and both players check.

Moore announces that he has two pair and hesitates for a moment before turning over   . Pardey then turns over his    for the bigger two pair and scoops a huge pot that now puts him over the million chip mark.

Harvey Milstein

Harvey Milstein is under the gun plus one and raises to 48,000. Action folds around to Rod Pardey who re-raises to 101,000. Milstein calls and they head to the flop.

The flop is    . Milstein checks, Pardey shoves all-in putting Milstein at risk for his tournament life if he chooses to call. Without much hesitation, Milstein calls and shoves his remaining 200,000 chips into the middle.

Pardey says, "I think we may have the same hand".

But upon seeing Milstein flip over    Pardey says, "Oh, I have ace king," and shows   .

The   turn and   river do not improve Milstein's hand and he is eliminated by Pardey's pair of aces with a king kicker.

Gordan Robinson wastes no time, shoving all in preflop. Jon Andlovec Calls and shows   . Robinson turns over   . The board comes      . Robinson will double up and end the hand with 322,000.

Jack Sloan Looking for a "One Time"

Ted Cohen raises to 30,000 in early position. Action is now on Jack Sloan who shoves all-in. Next to act is Thomas Lock. Lock asks for a count. Upon hearing the 245,000 thinks for a few moments before calling. Cohen, the original raiser folds his hand.

Sloan is holding   . Upon seeing Lock's   , Sloan looks up and asks for his "one time".

The flop comes     giving Lock the lead with his pair of aces, king kicker.

Unfortunately for Sloan the   turn is no help, and the [9kd] gives Lock an ever better hand with his two pair.

Jesse Jackson has been getting monster hands all morning. Unfortunately, they have been getting the better of him and haven't gone his way.

Jackson shoves all-in prefllop. Charles Moore calls and shows   . Jackson turns over   .

The board comes      , pairing Moore on the turn and giving him a second pair on fifth street. Jackson is eliminated in 19th place ($7,671). The players at his table are talking about how he is a good player and shouldn't have finished 19th but anybody would have busted in that seat with those cards.

Russell is ahead holding    against Knyal's    as they head to the flop.

The flop comes    . The   turn is also safe for Russell.

But the   hits the river, counterfeiting Russell's pair of threes and giving Knyal the better hand, sixes and nines with an ace kicker.

After the floor offered the players the opportunity to take a ten minute break after every level instead of the normally scheduled 20 minute break after every 2 levels, there was a commanding consensus and one player even shouted out, "Our prostates thank you!"
