Thiago Nishijima raises to 260,000 on the button, and Jesse Sylvia moves all in for 1.96 million. It folds back to Nishijima, and as soon as he gets an official count, he drops a chip in for the call.

The flop is about as good as it can be for Sylvia, coming down    . Sylvia takes the lead with a pair, and also picks up a flush draw. Nishijima is looking for a non-diamond Ace, Jack, or Ten, and he gets just that with the   on the turn. Nishijima's rail goes nuts as the entire mothership starts to shake. The river is the  , and Sylvia is knocked out in 3rd place, while the Brazilian contingent celebrate like their team just won the World Cup.

With that, we are now heads up. Thiago Nishijima has 9.68 million to the 5.17 million of Sotirios Koutoupas.

Thiago Nishijima limps from the small blind, and Jesse Sylvia checks his option. The dealer fans out a flop of    , and Nishijima fires out 120,000. Sylvia calls, and both players knuckle on the   turn. The river is the  , and Nishijima thinks it over for a few moments before firing out 400,000.

This bet sends Sylvia deep, deep into the tank. He cuts out the chips for the call, then after two minutes or so, puts them back on his stack. Another 30 seconds and he puts his hand on his cards, but doesn't do anything else. Three more minutes into the tank, and he puts his hand back on his cards. After about six or seven minutes total in the tank, Sylvia finally releases, to the delight of Nishijima's rail.
