Just a couple of hands ago Mike Gorodinsky won a huge pot to get back up to a million, but Kristopher Tong has just fired back, taking a huge pot of his own. We caught up with the action on the turn, with the board showing . Tong bet the turn, and Gorodinsky called.
The river brought the , and Tong fired out again. As soon as Tong dropped his chips, Gorodinsky snapped the chips he had in his hand in a frustrated manner. He tanked for at least a minute before begrudgingly putting the chips in, and Tong showed for a rivered wheel. Gorodinsky shook his head, and mucked his hand, dropping him to 700,000, while Tong is back up to 1.45 million.

Kristopher Tong brought in with the nine, and Gorodinsky completed with the jack. Tong made the call, and he proceeded to call another bet on fourth street. The two players both knuckled on fifth and sixth street, and on seventh, Tong fired out. Gorodinsky peaked down at his hole cards a few times before sending them to the dealer, dropping him to 500,000 in the process.
Meanwhile, Tong is starting to distance himself from the other two, sitting on 1.6 million, which is over half the chips in play.

Tong Takes Huge Pot from Gorodinsky

Matthew Ashton completed, and Kristopher Tong quickly put out a raise. Ashton made the call, and Tong quickly bet again on fourth street. Ashton called, and yet again, Tong took hardly anytime to bet on fifth. Ashton seemed to take the hint, as he checked his hole cards, tanked for a bit, then released, giving the hand to Tong.

George Fotiadis was down to less the one big bet just an hour ago, yet somehow, he has mounted a ridiculous comeback that now has him back at 400,000. In the first big hand, Fotiadis raised out of the small blind, and Owais Ahmed called from the big blind. The flop came down , and Fotiadis fired out again. Ahmed called, and when the hit the turn, the rest of the money got in the middle.

Gorodinsky bet again on fifth, and this time, Fotiadis got out of the way. On sixth street, Gorodinsky checked, and Ahmed fired out this time. Gorodinsky called, and both players checked on seventh.
Gorodinsky showed for a pair of eights and an 8-7-4 low. Ahmed showed and started to collect his bets, thinking it was a chop. However, upon further inspection, Ahmed had just an 8-7-5 low, giving the whole pot to Gorodinsky. Ahmed then admitted "I misread my hand I thought i had a seven low," and that mistake cost Ahmed an extra bet, and half of the pot.
