After Allyn Jaffrey Shulman had raised, Bob Phelps reraised to one million. Shulman moved all in for 2.53 million and Phelps went into the tank. After a minute, he made the call and the hands were tabled.

Shulman was dominating Phelps going in and stayed in front after the     flop. The   on the turn gave Phelps the best hand, but the   on the river gave the pot right back to Shulman and she doubled up.

Allyn Jaffrey Shulman doubles up

Dennis Phillips opened from the button for 350,000 only to have Allyn Jaffrey Shulman move all in for 1.39 million. Bob Phelps got out of the way, and after some contemplation, Phillips made the call.

Phillips was ahead when the chips went in, and even managed to pair his aces on the     flop; however, Shulman's supporters seemed quite excited as their woman had picked up the nut-flush draw. Wouldn't you know it, the   peeled off on the turn to complete the said flush and guarantee Shulman the double.

Phillips gave her a quick hug as the   was put out on the river. With that, Phelps became the news chip leader simply by sitting on the sidelines.

Action folded to Dennis Phillips on the button and he put in a raise to 350,000. Allyn Jaffrey Shulman folded from the small blind putting action on Bob Phelps in the big blind. He announced a three-bet and made it 1.16 million to go, which put Phillips in the tank.

Action folded to Hoyt Corkins in the small blind and he moved all in for 1.4 million. Bob Phelps took his time squeezing out his cards in the big blind before making the call and putting the two-time bracelet winner at risk.

Corkins was in rough shape and needed some help, but the     flop was anything but; in fact, it left Horkins in need of either runner-runner hearts to win the pot or runner straight cards to chop.

Bob Phelps limped in the small blind and Dennis Phillips checked his option from the big. The     flop saw Phelps lead out for 300,000, Phillips call, and then both players checked down the   turn and   river.

Bob Phelps was under the gun and opened for 320,000 only to have Allyn Jaffrey Shulman move all in from the small blind. Hoyt Corkins asked, "How much is that?" from the big blind, but found the 1.1 million total was too much and folded.

Phelps did the same and Shulman took down the pot.

Welcome back to what is sure to be the final day of Event 29: $1,000 Seniors No-Limit Hold'em Championship. After a long day of play yesterday that ended a bit after midnight, the final four players bagged and tagged their chips to return today and play for the gold.

Up for grabs is over $600,000 in first-place prize money and the coveted World Series of Poker gold bracelet. Leading the way is Dennis Phillips with over 43% of the chips in play. He's followed by Bob Phelps, two-time WSOP bracelet winner Hoyt Corkins and then Allyn Jaffrey Shulman, in that order.
