Event #26: $2,500 No-Limit Hold'em 6-Handed

Patrick Ricci raised to 36,000 from the under-the-gun position. Joe Baldwin was in the small blind and reraised to 90,000. Ricci moved all in for around 400,000 and Baldwin made the insta-call.

Baldwin held the mother of all hands with the   . Ricci held the    and was crushed and in need of some serious help.

The board was run out       and that was it for Ricci, who finished in 13th place and the last player to go before we break things down to two tables. We'll have the redraw for you shortly.

Martins Adeniya opened to 35,000 from the cutoff, Taurean Davis folded his button and Andrey Danilyuk moved all in for 280,000 from the small blind. The second Eddy Scharf folded from the big blind Adeniya flipped up   for the call.

Adeniya is off to a great start today and now sits with 1,400,000 chips.

Scharf quickly moved all in. Adeniya asked for a "ballpark" count and when the dealer informed him it was about 170,000 he folded. Davis, who was still stacking his recently un-bagged chips, tanked for a bit and eventually called.

Although Davis was on a huge freeroll, neither the turn ( ) or the river ( ) were clubs and the two chopped the pot.

Today, on Day 3 of Event #26: $2,500 No-Limit Hold'em / Six Handed, we will hand out the 26th bracelet of the 2010 World Series of Poker.

Out of the initial 1,245 runners only 15 remain at three five-handed tables. Steven Cowley is our chip leader and the only player in seven-digits with 1,279,000 chips. Trailing him are Martins Adeniya (823,000), Jeffrey "jpapola" Papola (797,000) and of course the rest of the field.

William Haydon (776,000) was our chip leader entering into Day 2 and rarely faltered during the day. He continued to chip up and jockey himself into position for a run at his first WSOP final table.

Justin "Boosted J" Smith (641,000) and Erik Cajelais (345,000) are probably the most well known names remaining, but don't tell that to our friends from Deutschland. Eddy Scharf (211,000) is still alive after a fortuitous double up through Daniel Negreanu late last night.
