EVENT UPDATES

view updates for day:
Saturday, June 20, 2015 1:30 AM Local Time

After a long day of play, Corrie Wunstel and Kevin Saul have chosen to call it a night. They will return at 2 p.m. tomorrow to determine who wins the bracelet and $267,435 first place prize. Wunstel will enter play with a 4.55 million to 2.785 million chip lead and they will start at level 31 with the blinds at 60,000/120,000.

The action started with 19 players returning including three players who had made the final table of this very event last year. Marcel Vonk finished second in this event last year but would be the first player knocked out when he was eliminated in 19th place. Dmitrii Valouev finished seventh last year and would come up just short of making a return appearance to the final table when he was eliminated in 11th place. The third returning player is Saul who has already improved greatly on his eighth place finish and has a shot at his first WSOP bracelet.

This is Wunstel's first WSOP final table although he does have a WSOP Circuit Ring to his name and finished 65th in the 2013 WSOP Main Event.

Cards will be back in the air in the Amazon Room at 2 p.m. local time. WSOP.com will be there to provide you with all the updates until a winner is crowned so make sure to tune in!
