235 of the world's best Omaha Hi-Lo players entered this $10,000 buy-in Omaha Hi-Lo World Championship. A lot of big names made a run at the title, but in the end it was David Benyamine who took the title. Benyamine claims his first WSOP bracelet and $535,687. Congratulations to David Benyamine, Omaha Hi-Lo World Champion.

Congratulations to David Benyamine for taking out Event 37 - $10,000 Omaha Hi-Lo World Championship. David was prominent for the majority of the tournament and once Mike Matusow was removed from the final table, David completely dominated. He was an unstoppable force that the other players simply couldn't match. This is David's first WSOP bracelet and he also pockets a handy $535,687 for his efforts. Congratulations David Benyamine!

David Benyamine raised it up from the button and Greg Jamison reraised for the last of his chips. Benyamine made the call. Jamison:      Benyamine:      The flop arrived     to give Jamison the nuts with the straight but Benyamine had flopped a set of tens. Calls from the rail to pair the board were answered when the   landed on the turn to give Benyamine a full house and a lock in the hand. The   fell on the river and David Benyamine is our champion! Greg Jamison is eliminated after a wonderful tournament in 2nd place for $331,350

Greg Jamison was just crippled in a hand that was two bet preflop and bet every street until the river. On the river Benyamine bet out and Jamison folded. After the hand Jamison is down to 160,000.

In a series of recent pots David Benyamine has been able to dismantle Greg Jamison one pot at a time. Benyamine has chipped away in a series of small pots where he has taken most of them down without a showdown. In the hands that went to showdown Benyamine is showing the goods. Jamison is down to under 300,000. This one could be all over very shortly.

So far David Benyamine has been winning 75% of all the hands heads up. Most of the pots are being taken down on the flop, but he just took a pot down with kings up to move to over 4,000,000 in chips.

Although the chips and cards seem to have been drawn to David Benyamine like a magnet, Greg Jamison has just decided to move away from the eight-seat that was next to Benyamine, to the other end of the table in the two-seat for a more traditional heads up play atmosphere. Will the change of scene make all the difference?

Jason Gray raised from the button and David Benyamine made the call from the small blind. The flop came     and Benyamine tossed out 30,000 chips which was enough to put the pot-committed Gray all in. He made the call and the cards were tabled. Gray:      Benyamine:      Benyamine has spiked the lead with a pair of jacks as Gray would need some help. The turn was the   putting a low draw out there for Gray but the repeat   on the river spent the end for Gray in 3rd place for a tidy collect of $209,855.

Benyamine did not have a low and Jamison is up to around 1.1 million.

Jason Gray opened with a raise from the button and David Benyamine called from the small blind. The flop came     and Benyamine led with a bet which was called by Gray. The turn was the   and again Benyamine bet and Gray called. The river was the   and for the third time Benyamine bet out with Gray making the call. Benyamine turned over      for the full house as, not for the first time today, Gray slams his cards into the muck in disgust. Gray is left with about 295,000 chips as the Benyamine bulldozer continues on its merry way!

On the river, with a board of           , Gray bet out and was called by Benyamine. Benyamine showed         for the flush to eliminate Leonidas. To Leonidas' credit, his blind all in hand was        . Leonidas received $171,197 for his 4th place finish

Jason Gray limped from the small blind and Toto Leonidas checked in the big blind. The flop came     and Gray led out with a bet. Leonidas made the call. The turn brought the   and Gray bet out once again, this time Leonidas announced a raise. Gray went into the tank and eventually decided to put the last of his chips in the middle. Leonidas made the call. Gray showed      to trail the      of Leonidas for top pair and best low. Amazingly the river was a perfect   for Gray to give him the wheel to scoop the pot! He jumps to close to 1 million chips leaving Leonidas crippled.

Greg Jamison has been hanging tough on the short stack. Twice in the last 5 hands he was all in against David Benyamine and has chopped both times. Another pot he was involved with Toto Leonidas but was able to take it down with a flop bet. The next hand Jason Gray three bet preflop and Jamison called. On a flop of      , Gray bet, Jamison raised, and Gray was forced to fold. After these hands, Jamison has moved out of the cellar to 650,000 in chips. Jason Gray is the short stack with 450,000.

It's tough to stop a guy who is a seasoned professional, relentlessly aggressive and catches cards. David Benyamine has just gone on a hellacious rush to surge to a massive chip lead. In the first hand he caught Greg Jamison bluffing on a board of      . Jamison mucked his cards as Benyamine showed     . Next hand the action was checked to the river in a battle of the blinds with Toto Leonidas. Benyamine caught a set of deuces on the river and Leonidas called the value bet. Finally Jason Gray tried to make a stand against Benyamine's aggression. Benyamine raised from the button and Gray called from the big blind. The flop came     and Gray led out with a bet and Benyamine called. The turn was the   and again Gray bet and Benyamine called. The river was the   and Gray checked, Benyamine bet and Gray called. Benyamine said "No low" as he showed      for quads! Gray threw his cards into the muck in disgust as Benyamine storms to a massive chip lead. He now has more than half of the chips in play with about 2.8 million!
