Denise Pratt - Chip Leader

From a starting field of 677 entries, just eight players remain in the $1,675 World Series of Poker Circuit Potawatomi Main Event.

Denise Pratt is not only the last woman standing, she also ended Day 2 as the chip leader with 3,085,000.  Thomas Peebles was the first player to cross over the million chip mark today, and Pratt joined the million chip club shortly after. Peebles finished just shy of the final table when he was eliminated in 12th place ($15,659).  Pratt, however, went on to win a string of very key hands, and then ultimately doubled through Brad Jensen in the end of the last level of play to push herself over the 3,000,000 chip mark and secure the chip lead  READ MORE

James Gregg raises to 82,000 from early position and Denise Pratt calls from middle position. Brad Jansen, more than doubled up the previous hand after being down to less than a big blind, calls and is all in for 69,000.

The flop is     and Gregg checks. Pratt moves all in for effectively Gregg's remaining 1,700,000. Gregg quickly folds and Gregg is at-risk against Pratt.

With the elimination of Ben McCoy, the clock is paused and players are redrawing for seats at the unofficial final table of 10 players.

Ala Aqel has the chip lead and is the only player over the 2 million chip mark. After one more elimination, everybody will receive a pay jump and will also be credited with an official final table appearance.

There is about 29 minutes left in the day before the level ends and players bag and tag their chips.
