Brian Hastings is involved in a four-way pot and sees a     flop. The small blind and big blind both check to Hastings, who bets 1,300. The player directly to Hastings' left calls, as does the small blind.

The turn is the   and all three players check. On the   river, the small blind checks and Hastings fires out a bet of 5,000. Only the small blind calls, and Hastings flips      for a six-high straight to scoop the pot.

In search of his third WSOP bracelet this summer, Hastings is up to 43,500 early on.
