Vanessa Selbst Takes It Away On The Turn To Double Up
With the board showing two players, including Vanessa Selbst, check to an in position opponent who bets 2,400.
The initial checker calls and after a few moments of thought, Selbst announces "pot" and slides out a more than full stack of yellow 1,000 value chips.
The bet is just over 24,000 and it forces two quick folds from her opponents.
Selbst gets pushed the pot and while it's a small one, the former bracelet winner has already been able to double her Day 2 starting stack as she's playing close to 55,000.
She'll look to chip up through the next few levels as this field continues to play towards the Event #49 money bubble.
