Karambinis Crippled, Eliminated
Chris Karambinis came into today's play as one of the big stacks with over 105,000, but his day has gone from bad to worse, as he was just crippled in a hand against Dan Martin.
Karambinis, Martin, Chris Demaci, and Bryn Kenney see a flop of , and it's checked to Karambinis, who fires out 4,700. Martin raises to 11,000, and that gets Demaci and Kenney out. Karambinis gets the count, and doesn't take long to move all in over the top. Martin calls, and sees that he's in trouble.

Martin is in rough shape as his flush draw is no good, but he picks up some outs when the hits the turn. He wouldn't need them though, as the hits the river. Karambinis slaps the table and stands up in disbelief, while Martin counts down his chips. After the double up, he is up to 110,000, while Karambinis was left with just 8,000. He was eliminated shortly after.
