Thiago Nishijima Leads Final Five of $3,000 No-Limit Hold'em
The final five players of the $3,000 No-Limit Hold'em event return to the Rio and get cards in the air at 1 pm.
Thiago Nishijima holds the chip lead among the remaining five players with 4,510,000 in chips. Jesse Sylvia follows closely behind with 4,080,000 in chips, with Sam Razavi, Yun Fan, and Sotirios Koutoupas rounding out the chip counts.
All five players are guaranteed at least $113,452, but they have their eyes set on the $546,843 and the WSOP gold bracelet that comes with it. Sylvia has come the closest to WSOP hardware after his second place finish in the 2012 WSOP Main Event, but all five players will be chasing their first bracelet.
