Thuy Dang Kawano Tries To Trap The Table, Just Gets Ryan Smith
Ryan Smith moves all-in from early position for just over 30,000 and gets called in two spots, one of which was Thuy Dang Kawano in middle position.
Smith has a chance to triple up but after Kawano bets 50,000 on the flop, forcing a fold from her other opponent, his chances are not looking good, as Kawano tabled .
The gave her a bit of a sweat, as Smith had an open ended straight flush draw, that bricked out as the completed the board.
"She was trying to trap," says Taylor von Kriegenbergh who was in the big blind and "happy I didn't wake up with kings, I would have shoved."
With the pot, Kawano is now playing close to 650,000 and is not only the biggest female stack in the room, but also one of the biggest stacks period remaining in this Day 2 'The Colossus' field.
