Cameron Mixson Wins the Super Stack for $55,746!
Event #11: $1,100 No-Limit Hold’em Super Stack has concluded and Cameron Mixson is the winner for $55,746. The poker grinder from Texas has won his first gold World Series of Poker Circuit ring along with a seat into the 2024 Tournament of Champions.
“I’ve been grinding for a while to get this one, so, pretty stoked,” said Mixson. He plays in Austin, Choctaw, Tulsa and Vegas - both cash and tournaments. “I play it all man.”
When asked if he has any advice for up-and-coming grinders, Mixson suggests to embrace the variance and not let it interfere with mindset. “It can be really grueling and really tough to go deep in tournaments. One wrong turn can fuck you up. So, just don’t let it and have fun.”
