John Monnette is the bring-in with a deuce and Jean Gaspard completes with a jack. Randy Ohel commits his last 20,000 with a seven showing on third street and Monnette defends his bring-in.
Action is checked to sixth street with Gaspard showing jack-high, Ohel showing aces and sevens, and Monnette showing ace-high. Monnette bets and Gaspard calls. Monnette bets the river dark and, after Gaspard sweats his river card, he raises.
Monnette jumps out of his chair and begins to talk through the hand to himself.
"Okay, I'm folding a wheel," says Monnette.
Gaspard shows in the hole, good for a jack-high straight and Ohel turns over in the hole, good for aces full of sevens. Monnette bemoans the unlucky river card and Ohel triples up to stay alive.
