Joshua Beckley and Sean Syed Shah Neck-and-Neck 10-Handed
After about three hours of play, the 17-player restart in the $365 Monster Stack event is down to 10 players and consolidated to the unofficial final table. Leading the way is current November Niner Joshua Beckley. Beckley's stack sits at 1,428,000 and he's neck-and-neck with second place Sean Syed Shah who claims 1,325,000.
On break, Beckley told to the WSOP he recently moved to the West Palm Beach area and he entered the Monster Stack to help keep his game sharp going into November's final table.
"It's good practice... Good final table practice," he said with a laugh.
Cards are in the air now with about 45 minutes remaining in the 12,000/24,000 with a 4,000 ante level. All remaining players have locked up $1,671 with $22,349, a Circuit gold ring and 50 points toward the Casino Championship heading home with the victor.
