Chase Bianci Leads Heading into Day 2
Day 2 of the $1,675 World Series of Poker Circuit Main Event at the Horseshoe Casino in Baltimore will begin at noon ET. Of the 447 entries thus far, 140 players will return for Day 2 with Chase Bianchi (above) leading the way.
Bianchi will begin the day with 223,500 after surging to the top of the leaderboard late in Day 1B. Ting Xiao, who the topped the Day 1A field, will start in second place with 184,000. Players do have up until the beginning of Level 13 to register, so the prize pool and total of 447 entries is not yet finalized in the event featuring a $500,000 guarantee.
Among those returning for Day 2 are WSOP Circuit Ring winners Dan Gilmer (142,300), Marshall White (103,200), William Kopp (74,200), DJ MacKinnon (49,100), Sara Hall (46,100), and WSOP Bracelet Winner Chris Tryba (77,500)
Players are set for 13 levels of play today, including three 40-minute levels and ten one hour levels. There will be a dinner break after Level 20, meaning play should end around 2:30 a.m.
