Ronnie Bardah Out in 24th Place

Ronnie Bardah (right) receives a bro-hug from Filippo Candio moments after Candio busted him in 24th place. Bardah's A-K suited failed to catch up to Candio's pocket aces.

Three-Way Pot on the Turn

Benjamin Statz (foreground, left) and Adam "Roothlus" Levy (foreground, right) play a three-way pot against Robert Pisano (center) on Day 8 of the WSOP Main Event. Levy would win this hand, while Robert Pisano would bust an hour or two later in 23rd place, earning $317,161.

Hasan Habib vs David Baker

Hasan Habib (left) and David Baker shake hands as they are about to race Habib's A-K against Baker's 9-9. (Habib goes on to flop a king to win the pot and double up his short stack of chips.) Habib is the only player left in the field who has previously made the final table of the WSOP Main Event (4th in 2000). Baker has been involved in quite a bit of confusion this summer, as both he and another David Baker (nicknamed "Bakes") have had stellar WSOPs -- both are in the top 16 of the WSOP Player of the Year rankings. The younger David Baker ("Bakes") has already won a WSOP bracelet this year; can this David Baker win one of his own in the WSOP Main Event?

The Secondary Featured Table

The secondary featured table includes Michael "The Grinder" Mizrachi (seat 1) and Scott Clements (seat 2) on Day 8 of the WSOP Main Event. Mizrachi is potentially the biggest story left in the field, having already won the prestigious $50,000 Poker Players Championship. Clements is the only multiple-bracelet winner left in the field.

Jonathan Duhamel vs. Pascal LeFrancois

Jonathan Duhamel (left) faces a big post-flop raise from Pascal LeFrancois on Day 8 of the WSOP Main Event with about 24 players remaining. LeFrancois is one of only four players left in the field who has already won a WSOP bracelet, and he did it earlier this summer.

ESPN Records the Outer Featured Table

The primary and secondary featured tables have been set up for ESPN's crew to record since the beginning, but this outer featured table was quickly set up this morning. This will be the first table to break when the field reaches 18 players.

ESPN's Featured Table

Fans pack the bleachers and the Jack Link's balcony to get a look at ESPN's featured table on Day 8 of the WSOP Main Event with about 25 players remaining.

Patrick Eskandar vs. Soi Nguyen

Patrick Eskandar (left) is about to fold to a flop bet by Cuong "Soi" Nguyen (far right) on Day 8 of the WSOP Main Event, with 26 players remaining.

The Outer Featured Table

Table #102 is the outer featured table, wedged in a corner between the two featured tables that have been used throughout the 2010 WSOP.

ESPN Interviews Scott Clements

Day 7 of the WSOP Main Event comes to an end with 27 players, and Scott Clements is the last player remaining with multiple WSOP bracelets to his credit. There are three other bracelet winners left in the field -- Hasan Habib, who won a bracelet in 2004, and both Pascal LeFrancois and Michael Mizrachi, who won bracelets earlier this year. Perhaps Frank Kassela won't be the only double-bracelet winner of 2010 after all.
