A Rough Day

Manoj Viswanathan, who came into the day as the chip leader, watches as the dealer pulls chips from his stack after he doubled up an opponent. Shortly after, his day would get even worse, as he was eliminated before the dinner break on Day 5.



Familiar Faces

Jon Friedberg and Matt Stout are two top young pros and find themselves seated next to each other on Day 5 of the Main Event.



Saul Falls

Kevin Saul, who has been at the top of the chip counts for the first four days, was just eliminated on Day 5 of the Main Event.



First to Three Million

David Bach is the first player to surpass the three million chip mark in the 2011 Main Event.



Devo Gets There

Bryan Devonshire just got most of his chip in with A-Q against his opponent's A-K but was able to spike a queen on the turn to eliminate his opponent and boost his stack to almost 1.6 million.



Day 5 Chip Leader

Manoj Viswanathan came into Day 5 of the WSOP Main Event with over two million chips and the lead.



Breakdown

As the field on Day 4 is whittled down, tables are broken down and removed from the Amazon Room during play.



Brother to Brother

2005 WSOP Main Event Champion Joseph Hachem has been eliminated but his brother, Tony, is making a run late on Day 4.



Chasing the POY Title

Ben Lamb, currently second in the 2011 WSOP Player of the Year race, is deep and in the money in the Main Event. He looks to overtake Phil Hellmuth at the top of the leaderboard.



Kid Poker Staying Alive

Daniel Negreanu has been grinding a short stack for most of Day 4 of the Main Event. However, he is still alive with just over 400 players remaining.
