SOMETIMES IT'S BETTER TO BE LUCKY THAN GOOD

As any poker player knows, you have to be more than just good to be successful in the game, you also have to be lucky. Unfortunately for O'Dea, he was left crippled after the hand and was eliminated shortly afterward.

BEN'S LAMBS

One of the crowd favorites of the 2011 WSOP Main Event Final Table, Ben Lamb was supported by a huge cast of friends and family. Lamb's contingent came complete with t-shirts, signs and of course, a full grown man-lamb.

While undoubtedly, the final nine players of the 2011 WSOP Main Event have their sights set on the $8.7 million in 1st place prize money, the prospect of being launched into poker history as the Main Event Champion isn't far off their radars.

THE POWER OF RED

Whether on a car or a tie, it is said that the color red conveys power. Color psychology aside, at the WSOP Main Event Final Table, red IS power. Here, the red 500,000 denomination chips are brought into play.
