A Special Guest From Capitol Hill

Rep. Joe Barton greets the field in Saturday's $1,500 No-Limit Hold'em field. The Texas Congressman is one of poker's strongest supporters in Washington.

A Tale of Two Faces

Gus Hansen (left) looks pained to muck his hand while Bertrand Grospellier looks amused at his anguish. The two are seated next to each other in the $25,000 One Drop Mega Satellite.

One Shot at One Drop

Jason Somerville (left) and Brian Rast are among the 96 entrants in today's $25,000 Mega Satellite for the $1,000,000 buy-in One Drop event. The event is sold out with the exception of the satellite seats still to be awarded.

All In for One Drop

2010 Main Event Champion Jonathan Duhamel signs autographs at the One Drop booth at the Rio. Duhamel will be one of the 48 participants in tomorrow's $1,000,000 buy-in event.

Preparing for the Big One

In addition to the Main Stage, these four outer tables in the Amazon Room will be used for tomorrow's $1,000,000 buy-in One Drop event.

Brother vs. Brother

Just days after their brother Michael won the $50,000 Poker Players Championship, brothers Eric (left) and Donny Mizrachi found themselves seated together in the $1,500 No-Limit event.

Ten is the Magic Number

The players in the $5,000 No-Limit Hold 'em event have just reached the money. Among those who cashed is Konstantin Puchkov, who has now tied the record of ten cashes in a single series. A fellow Russian, Nikolay Evdakov, also had ten cashes in the 2009 series.

Ten Games to Rule Them All

The $2,500 10-Game Mix kicked off at 5pm tonight. This event tests the skills of the players in ten different disciplines of poker.

Easy Field? I Don't Think So

The start of the $1,000 Ladies Championship rarely sees two seasoned pros at the same table, let alone three in a row. That is exactly what happened in the Brasilia Room. Danielle Moon (left), who has played in some of the biggest no-limit cash games in the world, was seated to the right of renowned pro Vanessa Rousso. To Rousso's left was Erica Lindgren, an excellent pro and wife of Erick Lindgren.

Two-Time Poker Players Champion

Michael "The Grinder" Mizrachi accepts his third Gold Bracelet for winning the $50,000 Poker Players Championship. Mizrachi is the first player to win the Players championship twice. He also won the event in 2010.
