Bag 'Em, Tag 'Em At day's end, there were 842 survivors from the Day 2A and Day 2B action from a combined starting field of 2,044. Those players will be joined by a large group of Day 2C survivors for Day 3 action on Thursday. Tu Allez Filles Gaelle Baumann of France continued a summer of success for the ladies of the WSOP by finishing the first of two Day 2s of the Main Event at the top of the chip counts. Out of the combined 842 survivors from Day 2A and Day 2B, Baumann was the only player to finish with more than half a million chips, bagging up 505,800. Maria Maria Maria Ho is quickly rising up the chip counts on Day 2 of the Main Event. Is This Your Card? Kevin Pollak flips his hand face up after Andy Black mucks his hand. Pollak is slowly building a nice stack on Day 2 of the Main Event. Pep Talk In between hands, Daniel Negreanu stops by to chat with Vanessa Selbst. Both Negreanu and Selbst have big stacks on Day 2 of the Main Event. No More Dunst Tony Dunst (left) ships his remaining chips across the table to Maria Ho (foreground).
