Hot Seat
Promotional period shall be on 1/14/18, beginning at 12:00 a.m. and ends at 11:59pm on 1/20/18. All times referred to throughout these Rules are Pacific Standard Time. As used herein “Casino” means Caesars Interactive Entertainment (CIE) DBA WSOP.com. All references to the Hot Seat event shall be referred to as “promotion” throughout these Rules.
GENERAL RULES:
Eligibility
- Player eligibility is subject to WSOP.com discretion and the terms and conditions set out below:
- To be eligible, a player must have a valid and verified WSOP.com real money account.
- This is a marketing offer that may be offered to selected players via phone, email or other online method, direct mail, or distributed at events.
- Dates and times for this promotion will be provided in the marketing collateral.
SPECIFIC RULES:
- During the promotional period, a cash game table will be selected randomly between 5pm and 8pm nightly, and will award the players at that table with a cash prize.
- The random time at which the table is selected will be pre-determined. We will randomize a list of times in one-minute intervals, which will establish the time that CIE will use to select the winner.
- The first table dealt an active hand after the selected time will be the winning table.
- Only players dealt into that hand at the select time and at the select table will be eligible for the cash prize.
- A player who sits at the winning table after the first hand is dealt is not eligible for the cash prize.
- Players who participate may win one of the following cash prizes if their table is selected:
- $1
- $2
- $3
- $5
- $10
- $15
- $20
- $25
- $50
- $100
- Prizes are random for each hot seat table winner.
- Players at the selected table will receive additional cash prizes if they are multi-tabling on cash games at the time their table is selected. The additional cash bonus is also randomly selected for each night.
- Maximum amount to be paid throughout the promotion is $5,301.
- Players who win a cash prize will be sent an email within 72 hours letting them know of their win.
- Redemption: Patrons who qualify for this promotion will receive cash prize via their Internet account within 72 hours after being notified of the win.

Tax Documentation procedures:
- CIE Promotions will retain details of all participants for 60 days after the event. A winners list will be sent to CIE Accounting department, and compared to the above prize matrix. 1099’s will be required for each weekly prize over $600. Documentation will be sent to the CIE Accounting department, and the appropriate tax document will be sent to the winner via secure email. The patron must sign the required tax document and return to the CIE Accounting department prior to the funds and/or prize being released to the patron.
Must be 21 or older to gamble. Must be physically located within the state of Nevada to participate in any Nevada Caesars Interactive promotion or tournament.
