 Caesars Interactive Entertainment New Jersey LLC DBA WSOP.com (“CIENJ”) WSOP $565 Online Bracelet PLO Satellite refers to the event beginning 4/5/18 at 7:15pm and ending 4/29/18 approximately at 11:59pm ET. All times are Eastern Time. 

 Terms and conditions for any WSOP.com bonus promotion are to be read in conjunction with the WSOP.com Terms of Service http://www.wsop.com/legal/terms-conditions-nj.asp , the WSOP.com Bonus Policy http://www.wsop.com/legal/bonus-policy-nj.asp and the General Rules http://www.wsop.com/GeneralRules .  In the event of a conflict between the Terms of Service, Bonus Policy, general rules and the specific bonus terms herein, the specific bonus terms here in shall prevail.

1.    Eligibility

·         Subject to WSOP.com discretion, and the terms and conditions set out below.

·         Players must have a valid and verified WSOP.com real-money account. 

·         Tournament may be offered to players via phone, email or other online marketing, direct mail or distributed at events.

2.    Tournament Specific Rules

·         Players may register for a tournament within the WSOP.com client, by clicking the Tournament tab and then double-clicking on the desired tournament name. A screen will open that contains a “register” button. Upon clicking “register,” the player will receive a confirmation. The player will continue registration by clicking “proceed,” or “cancel.” When successfully registered, the player will see a pop-up indicating successful registration. If the game is in progress, the player will be seated; if prior to start, a table will open up within the WSOP.com client when the tournament begins.

·         Minimum players are eight (8) and maximum are 8,000

·         Time bank refresh rate is every six levels and the time banks are every 60 seconds

·         Decision time for each game is 15 seconds

·         The winner of each Sunday $565 Online Bracelet PLO Event Satellite will be directly registered to the 2018 WSOP Online PLO Event #47.

·         Tournament seats are non-transferrable and not exchangeable.

·         Tournament seats have no cash value.

·         Players who win more than one $565 Online Bracelet PLO Event Satellite will have $565 added to their bankroll in cash.

·         More details on the 2018 World Series of poker can be found at WSOP.com.

·         Winning players are responsible for any and all taxes, licenses, registrations, and other fees.

·         Redemption: Players with multiple wins will have the cash added to their bankroll within 72 hours. All revenue will be recorded and reconciled in accordance with Internal Control Section 13:690-1.9(d).

·         This promotion is being conducted in accordance with N.J.A.C. 13:69O-1.4(q). CIE Promotions will retain details of all participants for 60 days after the event in accordance with N.J.A.C. 13:69D-1.8(g)6xiii.

·         Valid only in New Jersey.

Promotional period shall begin on 6/22/18 at 3:30pm to approximately 11:59pm.  All times referred to throughout these Rules are Pacific Standard Time.  As used herein “Casino” means Caesars Interactive Entertainment (CIE) DBA WSOP.com.  All references to Event #47 $565 Pot Limit Omaha Online Bracelet shall be referred to as “Tournament” throughout these Rules.

2.       Specific Terms and Conditions

·         Please refer to the WSOP.com client under the event specific name for more event details.

·         Players may register for a tournament within the WSOP.com client, by clicking the Tournament tab and then double-clicking on the desired tournament name. The player will continue registration by clicking “proceed,” or “cancel.” When successfully registered, the player will see a pop-up indicating successful registration. If the game is in progress, the player will be seated; if prior to start, a table will open up within the WSOP.com client when the tournament begins.

·         Re-Entry: Unlimited

o   Players who choose to re-enter will have 30 seconds to do so and must have enough money in their bankroll prior to the start of the tournament.

o   Tournament tickets are not available for re-entry

·         Payouts are approximately 15% based on the number of players that enter the tournament.

·         Online Bracelet Events will be held on the Nevada and New Jersey WSOP.com poker client.

·         Results will be posted on the WSOP.com site and will include the player’s actual name and not the username.

·         Any requests to have username changed as a result of being published on the site will not be accepted.

·         Prizes have no cash value.

o   Redemption: All winning funds will be added to player’s account within 72 hours of the tournament completing. Gold bracelet winner will be contacted within 24 hours with instructions on how to claim their gold bracelet.

 TAX DOCUMENTATION PROCEDURES

1.       CIE Promotions will retain details of all participants for 60 days after the event. A winners list will be sent to CIE Accounting department, and compared to the above prize matrix. 1099’s will be required for each weekly prize over $600. Documentation will be sent to the CIE Accounting department, and the appropriate tax document will be sent to the winner via secure email. The patron must sign the required tax document and return to the CIE Accounting department prior to the funds and/or prize being released to the patron.
