Jonathan Poche

25 March 2018 (Tulsa, Okla.) - Jonathan Poche is the latest World Series of Poker Circuit Main Event champion after an impressive performance that saw him lead virtually wire to wire. Poche won the Main Event at the Hard Rock Tulsa, earning $216,307 and his second career Circuit ring.

Poche led the event after Day 1A. The tournament had three starting flights, and Flight A had by far the smallest field with 91 entries. In comparison, Flight B hand 230, and Flight C had 400. Jonathan Poche - Winner of the Tulsa Hard Rock Main Event 

Chad Smith raises on the button to 250,000. Jonathan Poche calls from the big blind. 

The flop is     and Poche checks to Smith who fires a bet of 225,000. Poche calls. 

On the   turn, Poche opts to lead, making it 475,000. Smith thinks for a bit then decides to call. 

The river comes the   and Poche shoves with his covering stack. Smith thinks for a bit then calls. 

"Deuce," Poche says, showing his   . It's good as Smith only has    for ace-high. 

With that, Poche Wins the Tulsa Hard Rock Main Event and will collect $216,307 for his victory along with a Worlds Series of Poker Circuit gold ring as well as seat in the Global Casino Championship in August.

Chad Smith finishes in second place and collects $133,349 for his second place finish.

Smith leans back in his chair, sighs, and starts to think. After about a minute he calls the shove for about 3 million chips, putting Khan at risk, having him covered by just a bit.

Smith has the best hand with his over pair, but Khan can catch a seven, eight, or five to take the lead away. "Bad call," Khan says before putting in the chips to put Turner at risk.

Despite making what he thinks is a bad call, Khan is still ahead and leads with jack high. There is a   in the window on the flop, but the rest rolls out with the   and the   keeping Khan in the lead. Turner is left drawing dead on the   turn which gives Khan trips. The river is the   and that will earn Khan the win and the pot pushing him to 4,350,000 chips.

Turner will take home $73,272 for his run in the main event.
